I always go back to this one on days I have lower energy, cause then I can decide if I want to use the full 30s rest or for some exercises I do it 45s and 15s rest. It really is what YOU make it!! ❤❤

I'm loving the 30 sec on and 30 sec off (active rest). It keeps on burning even when you're "resting". Definitely something new and it's still challenging. Love it! ❤❤❤

I loved this workout - the ones with active rest appeal to me more now that I've been given a heart rate monitor and I'm trying to get 150 "active" minutes a week. It really inspires me to keep active - and not sit down! - in the rests, and to keep pushing to keep my heart rate up. The exercises were good, 30 seconds felt just right, and the time went quickly in this way. 😅 Thank you! ❤😊

Last scheduled workout for July 2023 and it's perfect! I barely paused and didn't even notice the time because this was so upbeat and fun! Thank you for all the variation of exercises and continuously keeping us on our toes. Als könntest du Gedanken lesen. Genau das was ich im Moment brauche. Nach einem Hörsturz vor ein paar Wochen trainiere ich lieber im Stehen und mit aktiven Pausen. Es hat so Spaß gemacht. Fast 400 kcal verbraucht. Man fühlt sich richtig glücklich danach. Danke 💫
