This was a chill yet intense routine. The squats and arm movements made sure the heart rate is not at rest. I did not notice me being out of breath but definitely sweaty afterwards. Awesome workout... this is something I would do again on an active rest day 😊👍❤ Thank you so much Anouk!

It's not a full body, it's only squats and lunges! Every exercice is squat or lunge... It's a pecfect workout for legs, but not a full body
