was für ein mega workout 💯 erst habe ich meinen tages-app Programm durchgezogen so als krafttraining und dann das Video als Ausdauer ☺️ was ich sehr hervorheben möchte ist dass du neue Bauchübungen gewählt hast, die du auch letztens im Instagram gepostet hast, das ist für mich z.b eine Challenge❗ mich an eine neue Übungen heranzutasten, die ich noch nicht kenne ❗vielen lieben Dank dafür Kathrin 👍🙏👏 ich hoffe du wirst diese bauchübung öfters in deinem KZbin-Videos anwenden

Richtig gutes Workout. Core ist definitiv meine Schwachstelle und ich weiß wie oft ich versuche es im Training zu umgehen. Dein Workout war kreativ, anspruchsvoll und hat Spaß gemacht. Das baue ich jetzt öfters ein. Habe es mit einer DB gemeistert. Bis auf die Swings (komisch zu greifen) ist das auch garkein Problem ;) Danke für deine täglichen Inspirationen.

Kettlebell workouts are not my favourite however I quite enjoyed this one. Think I need to get heavier kettlebell to challenge myself a little more. I particularly enjoyed that I had to work a little harder to stabilise the kettlebell compare to dumbbells which are quite stable anyways. Thank you 🙏❤

Wowie, that one got me good!!!! I never liked KB workouts until I started yours, K. They've really got a bit of everything. 🏋🏽‍♀️ (But I'm not too great at flipping the KB over my wrists, like in snatches - so I swap to a DB.) Xx
