I totaly agree. She needs some rest. I also realize that many people allow themselves to criticize her training and her application as if they were specialists. Yes constructive comments, yes the application is paid but everything else is free, she deserves more kindness. Thank you for your comment🤗

I swear a piece of my soul left my body by the time this workout was done. I had to take extra breaks and a lot of self talk to motivate myself to finish it out and I did! Another awesome and challenging workout from you- thanks!!

Finally I had the chance to to this low impact workout - and it made my day. I feel happy sweaty, my body has a nice burn and my face a big smile on it. Noone does low impacts so good than Anna does. Even there is no jumping in it, you feel your body working. Thank you for that amazing feeling, Anna 💖💖💖

Hi Anna, thank you for this low impact workout. Im starting all over again. Im overtrained and my coach told me to take a break. It has really been an emotional time for me, skipping workouts and getting complete rest. Missing a day of exercise saddens me, not being able to perform, feeling weak and absolutely useless. Now Im slowly drafting a recovery plan and I remember you and how you helped me shape up during the pandemic. Ill always go back to your channel. Love you.

I love non-impact workouts. I have knee problem and they are very good for my condition. I would like to see more recent high frequency workouts without squats and with tabata songs.

Really loved this routine and had me sweat out enough to feel I had a great work out. So many varieties too targeting different muscle groups too. I can feel the loss of fat in my upper body and muscle building in the legs and glutes as well over many days of persistent exercises. So appreciative of all the KZbinrs who give time to people to become physically healthy that which also strengthens our mental faculties to live this complex life here on earth - thanks, Anna

Thanks Anna for this great training. Sometimes a little low impact feels good too, and yet, I ended up sweating and panting. I really enjoy how everytime you "get me": when I feel tired and my brain starts telling me " come on... you can stop now", the next exercise targets another part of the body or is less straining and I continue.. Love it.
