DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the Target 15 series. You will target all your problem areas with 15 rounds of 60 second intervals. You will add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and pilates ball to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis.
In Target 15 Abs you will use a resistance loop to increase the intensity of Pilates style abs exercises. You will see knee and toe reverse curls, walking straight leg curls, upper and lower alternating curls, diagonal arm sweeps with leg lifts, knee then straight leg lower ab raises, cross legged oblique crunches, in and out knees with tucks, centre side side tuck twists, split leg in and ups with curl, frog leg extensions with raise and diamond arm and leg reaches. Lots of variety and angle changes to keep your body responding.

This is quite a sophsitacated abs workout! Movements are complex yet interesting. It demands quite a degree of body awareness. What I like the most is Linda's form and alignment. It's perfect throughout the entire practice, which is very rare to see. Request to Linda: I've been looking for a short abs-focused workout on the spine corrector. Could you make one? Spine corrector seems to be the only equipment that you never use in your video.

Glad you enjoyed it! I don't have a spine corrector and I try to use equipment that a lot of people would have. I wonder whether you could sub it for some of my Pilates ball exercises where I lay on the ball?

Got fabric loops and have found that a hevy rubber one is the same as a light fabric one 🤣🤣 used to do this with the hevy rubber and just tryed with the lighr fabric one and it burned so bad

yep, the fabric ones are wider, which means more surface area to create burn! 🤣

I would really prefer a timer for the intervals. Don't need a countdown for the whole workout, as you can just see how much time is left in the video at the bottom ...

I really miss the timer you used to have on the screen in your older workouts - like in the Full Body Ballet Box Express (I love that workout). It was so helpful. I tend to use those workouts more because they have the on-screen timer.

Wow, what a workout! Now that become a member, I am developing a weekly rotation and sticking to it for a few weeks so I will be able to see how I improve on the same workouts. I modified the last move by putting a pilates ball behind me and leaning back into it. The goal is to slowly remove it within the next 2 weeks or so.

Whew, what an ab workout, I'm so out of breath from working out so fast and hard against the band! Great new moves that I've never done before and it really challenged by brain to multi task while doing this workout! Great job!

they are just a set of cheap loops from Ebay. I don't think they have a brand. To be honest the best ones are the fabric loops. They don't curl up. They are harder to stretch, but since I started using them I rarely use the latex loops.

you can get even the cheap ones, you can't really go wrong. Like these on Amazon: Sozzy Booty Bands for Women, Fabric Resistance Bands for Legs and Butt, Non Slip Workout Bands, Stretching Exercise Bands, Multi-purpose Fitness Bands for Glute, Thigh (3pack)

Great abs workout. It went a bit in my hip flexor, but plenty of burn in the abs, so I think that’s just my body. Question: the last move is c-curve back, or straight back? Thank u!!

don't worry, it's a super tough exercise. Legs bent is still effective as long as you feel the burn 🙂

Hey Linda, I have question for you. I like doing your ankle weight workouts as well but do you reckon that using ankle weights can bulk up your inner thighs? I do try to counter it by doing your barre workouts for inner thighs as well but I am looking to really tone down my inner thigh area.

Hi, thanks for your question! No, light ankle weights won't bulk your inner thighs. They will just tone them. You would need to use heavier weights to bulk 😁

when first time i found your video, "ahh nahh too crazy for me now" . after 3months , here i am give a shot after increase my strenght follow beginer videos. and oh Gosh ! this movements soooooo targeted! i can feel all over my abs muscles . damn!
