Oh Boy - fat burning does come with a high price! I was very out of breath and needed more breaks 🫣. It felt for me like high impact and definitely high intensity. Absolutely amazing workout!!! Piece of art!!! Thank you so much Penny!!!❤💝💖

woooooooohooooooo------what an amazing work out ------- i used 4kg and 5kg and for one dumbbell exercises used 7kg - it was a full body sweat work out - feeling so good ----- going for a warm shower and then getting ready for sleep - by the way i always work out at night after a high protein dinner. Thank you so much Penny and have a wonderful break over September. 💪🙌💝

Definitely low impact and no jumping but not low intensity AT ALL!! Love this, change of pace from the week. The finisher got me, you know it’s a goodie when it takes you a good few seconds to transition to the next exercise, knowing it’s coming🤦🏾♀️😂 used 8lbs 10lbs and 15lbs today and I felt good challenging myself when I could. Thank you for another hit, cuz I always comeback to these. Have a great weekend Penny

👍👍👍👍great workout, Penny. Haven't worked out with you in 3 weeks as I have been working out with other favorite instructors. I need to get back to Gargage Girl Lifts and finish the last 6 before the new challenge begins in October. I used 6 lbs the entire workout, and yes, I am proud of myself as I had taken out 4 and 5 lbs thinking I needed to do half of your weight. I hope your shoulder is better and your sleep has improved 🙏
