depends on your genetics, u should work on explosiveness and of course just hustle tf outta you and you’re gonna get a lot faster in short time (i ran a 5.1 9 months ago and now i run a 4.72)

Why should our feet be plantar flexed instead of dorsiflexed in the drive phase ?

You wanted be plantar flexed as during the drive phase you want have more contact with the ground to apply strength to accelerate your mass during those initial steps.
