I’ve been waiting for this story from you! WOW!!! Congratulations to you both for completing your 800km walking journey ❤ Truly AMAZING!!! I wish i have a walking buddy to do this with me!! Tears in my eyes watching your video, but i had a big smile at the end for knowing what you have accomplished it safe and sounds! Also, congratulations on overcoming and healing yourself! I’m very happy for you! Omg… I’ve been doing the same thing to myself whenever i faced an obstacle in life, by repeating this in my head “What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger” 🥰 Btw, I heard Travis Elliot in the background while you were doing yoga. I’ve been following his Yoga Classes since the Covid-19 started. Couldn’t go to the gym during that time, so I’ve came cross his Channel and felt in love with Yoga since then. Thank you very much for sharing all this! Wishing you and Jacob all the best, and a never ending happiness in life. 💝

This is an amazing self reflection and journey of your life….thank you for sharing and for your honesty. Years ago l too suffered from depression and the doctor prescribed medication. I held the tablets in my hand and realised l had a choice so instead of taking it, l decided to change my mindset and threw those tablets away. I practiced being in the NOW and watching my thoughts. This saved me and now 35 years later l am so grateful for my life and my husband who helped me be centred. I also now follow a wonderful teacher called Matt Kahn who teaches self love in a new and simple way.

Thank you so much for opening up. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I was diagnosed with chronic depression last year, PTSS5 and ADD. When I lost my second cat, Toby, five years ago I was in so much pain, sadness and I was depressed. I was in deep mourning. I had never experienced anything like that before. Not even when my mother passed away. I found out that I was morning every painful things that happened to me and that I had to go through from a very young age. I have had three burnouts as well and there’s just to much to mention. But I’m suffering from Graves disease and all the side effects of it. And I’m feeling overwhelmed. I have had the feeling that I had to cry for a long time but I was not able to do so. Hearing about your struggles and your thoughts. That are similar to mine made me cry. Thank you for that because I feel so stuck. Thank you, I often wonder if I will ever get rid of all these feelings and thoughts. I know I will but I wonder when. Thank you once again. And greetings from Holland. Enjoy your stay in Arizona. 🙋🏽♀️👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💋

You should only visit in the winter though. It’s much more tolerable for our white spouses 😂 My wife refuses to go in the summer so we are in California full time and only visit in Feb/Mar/April months. I would love to see cooking videos where you use ingredients from regular grocery stores, while in AZ. The accessibility to authentic ingredients is not as good in places like AZ when compared to California. I’d love to see how you manage to prepare delicious food with common ingredients. ❤
