You inspired me to look into the etymology of the word temple now..! So very interesting, since it’s seemingly not limited to describing a consecrated place but could also refer to open space or space of sky!! I like that because in our bodies we seem to be located, yet of course have the ability to connect to this vast spaciousness, an infinite realm of connectedness of some peculiar form ✨ Thank you, my dear and precious friend 🙏🏽🤍🌄

Truly helping teacher! I love the setting. I wonder and curious if yoga can lessen the specific sickness like stomachache or migraine .. I know, I need exercise since for two days I feel not good with my stomach, I feel anxious, but I don’t problem , strange, hahaha!

Hey there, yes, there can definitely be some slight mitigation to the symptoms you described through Asana practice and conscious breathing. The key somehow lies in the regularity of practice, so as I learned from my teacher it is better to do a shorter practice overall so that it becomes easier doing it on a daily basis. Hey Jaime, thank you! Yes, all is ok, I heard someone say that it can take up to a year for the ligaments to rebuild, yet I plan for it to be a bit sooner 😌✨🙏🏽

@@mahayoga Actually - ligamets are like cottonwool. Once you've torn it, it can't "rebuild" (I have a torn anterior cruciate ligament). But hopefully if it's not a complete tear and only a sprain, that's when full healing is possible! Loads of collagen and vitamin C to help rebuild the connective tissues... get well soon and sending you all the good juju!

That is a good question, I guess mainly because shoulderstand can be quite challenging for beginning students. But yes, then it is also just choosing a description while I want it to be attainable for the majority of people wanting to do Asana practice. Hope that makes sense ✨🎑 Lots of love and thank you 🙏🏽
