I wonder why some exercises feel easier with weights added. Specifically, the hollow body and squat rollbacks.

A lot of people find the squat rollbacks easier with weights as it provides a counterbalance on the roll up. I’m not sure about the hollow body - the weights shouldn’t affect the difficulty of the core portion there - you must be getting stronger 💪💪💪

I have taken 2 days rest as much I hated it . Completed this this morning. Such a great workout, my favorites had to be narrow press hollow body, wall sit hammer curl. Had to be pretty quick getting into position for the next exercise what with the short break. Thank you for all your amazing work Vera.

OMG…. I’m a sweaty mess! Once upon a time, I turned my nose up at anything remotely “video” related when it came to exercise. If it wasn’t in a gym and didn’t involve weights? Then it didn’t count! Then I got older (and wiser?) and older…. 🤪 started a family and my time was no longer my own. Out of desperation to lose the baby weight, I swallowed my “pride” and turned to video workouts.. then KZbin…. And the rest is history! Thank you Vera for turning me into a believer!

This was the toughest most challenging full body session of the program 🌶🥵. I mean the renegade row on one side only, the squat and turns🔥. This is the first time that I got mad at you. I mean really mad 😂 I was like okay she literally wants to kill us what was she thinking 🤨. I don’t care what people say : YOU ARE IT Vera ☝🏾🏆. I mean your program + good nutrition + good sleep = AMAZING SHAPE. I mean my legs, my arms, my waist I am seeing changes week after week after week. I am stronger. I am lifting heavier. I have said it before your workouts are no joke some might say too long, too hard but so freaking effective. I know being online is not easy but girl please know that you are respected and most importantly loved by many 💕😘. So happy to have stumbled on you couple days before the beginning of this program. Keep it up Vera 🙂🙏🏾. Workout completed ✅ Proud of myself for pushing through while doing this one 💪🏾

Well done you! I refrain from social media but if there is anyone out there throwing shade on Ms. Vera I feel that they are probably either inexperienced or not willing to put in real work🤣. She has some of the most well formatted, effective training sessions I have ever seen. & I was raised by a body builder & have been around the “gym scene” my whole life. Vera is no joke. Yes! I work out on all days! I sometimes skip the first day of my period if I’m in pain but otherwise it’s definitely ok to work out on your period. You can do this 🤍🤍🤍
