I just wanted to comment and say thank you for giving us an appropriate amount of time to rest and recover in between each set. I swear every fitness KZbinr I watch gives 10-20 seconds MAX of rest, and that's with heavy weights involved. You have no idea how much I appreciate the appropriate rest time you gave us during this workout🤍

omg this workout is CRAZYYYY. i’m sore after leg day, but i was SORE for two days with this. in the heat of the workout, it felt really good. much different from my faster-pace strength training that i do. i used heavier weights & less reps, as opposed to my normal lighter weight & more reps

I tried SO many channels before finding MadFit. NONE even come close to comparing!!!! This video has become part of my regular routine. The structure and break routines are perfect. It is challenging yet engaging. And I love Maddie's authenticity in this and other videos. I prefer that opposed to some fitness figures who act like the workout is a breeze. As I finished teaching my twice-a-week TRX/HIIT class last night at our gym, one of the participants grabbed one of those bands that are hanging in your closet and told me that I had to try it out. I had never tried them before. After quickly putting it on, I love that they don't ride up as you are doing your exercises. These are SOOOO much better than those cheap loop bands that either roll up, ride up, or rub all the hair off my leg. 😁

Yesss! I noticed the hint on your instagram the other day, and I didn’t expect the actual drop to be so soon! I’m halfway through week 2 of my 3rd round of the original program, and it’ll be amazing to have another program so it doesn’t get too repetitive. Thank you for EVERYTHING you do, I have been working out with you for 2 years between KZbin and the app. I got my MadFit mat a few days ago, and it has been great so far. I’m so much more stable than on my cheap mat, and it feels extremely durable. Love it, love you, can’t wait for the new program! 💪🏻 💚

had to stop 30 mins in because i started feeling nauseous 😭 it's definitely just me lol! this workout is awesome. it's my new glute one, i think maybe the transition from no dumbbell glute work to dumbbells is throwing me off a lil. just a reminder to listen to your body guys! def proud of myself for working up, at my own pace

I've done this workout many times already. And each time I can hardly walk and sit for the next three days. Sometimes I do sumo squats for the first set instead of elevated quads squats to feel it more in the inner thighs. Such a great workout, basic but effective exercises and perfect rest periods. Today was conveniently leg day for me so I went ahead and did this workout and oh boy😅 The array of emotions felt, noises made, and phrases muttered mid exercise by me for this one were something else😂 definitely a “Jesus Christ Maddie I am dying over here” but also “wow I am so strong I can’t believe I made it through” video! I’m excited for the rest of the program!

This was a great workout, thanks. The timing of the ads was awful though, but I doubt that’s in your control. Usually ads in workout videos are placed at break times. These were not.
