I did this yesterday with lighter weights, because I don't have heavy dumbbells, and without a bench, and omg my hamstrings are so so sore!! I enjoyed the workout a lot and it was very challenging, I can't wait to do it again once I have heavier dumbbells. Thank you Maddie for sharing this with us ❤

28.3.24: it started ok then up to the point i almost cant continue on the 3rd round of hugging the bench and straight leg up. That was crazzy tough. But then i continue to the end. Wow this is truly strength training

Just finish it, it was INTENSE. I've tried to train muscles at home before and last year I had a hip injury because though I had buy a program with KZbin vids as a guide, I didn't have enough info to take care of the form and correct posture. I absolutely love this workout's constant reminders and effort you made, Maddie, truly. So, I'll be back tomorrow to report on how sore am I!!!

I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

Not sure if you’ll ever read this Maddie, but I used to do a lot of your workouts because I love your energy and the workouts are diverse and effective - however I struggled with the lack of breath awareness and recently started switching to more pilates-based workouts because of this. I wonder if you ever thought about incorporating breath/flow awareness to these kind of workouts? It would be so amazing and more balanced for me ❤️ sharing this with love and full trust in you.

This exercises is really good and challenging for me, but may i suggest something? I am one of the people who doesn't have any bench or chairs that suit for frog lifts or any hip thrust exercises. Maybe you can add some alternative moves that have the same impact as frog lifts and hip thrust. Instead of doing these moves, i tried sumo squats with dumbell to replace the hip thrust and superman lifts and pull to replace the frog lifts.

LOVED this, I recently restarted my fitness journey after 2 years of not being able to workout. I didn't have a bench in the room I was doing this in so I had to replace some workouts (instead of the frog lifts I did my daily and completely unrelated rows). Next time I'll definitely have some heavier weights and a bench on time but I'll definitely be returning to this routine!

I have been doing your full body workouts for 2 weeks. I stared weight lifting with this video today. I have one dumbbell not a set- what can I do on the reverse lunge? I was using one hand per each side. it burned in the right spot. Doing all this at home. With a wood bench, my couch and a mat lol thanks for your help on my journey!
