Hey yogis, I'm adding on to my popular Minimal Cues yoga series with a 45 minute practice geared towards intermediate to advanced students!
Get ready to stretch your hips and hamstrings with this dynamic flow. In a minimal cues practice I will only tell you the name of the pose and we will hold each pose for about 3 breaths. This is ideal for experienced students or yoga teachers who want to be guided in their practice without hearing to much chatter.
We'll be working our way into some pretty deep poses such as revolved triangle and splits. I'm not using any props for this class.

I have been doing your classes for 2.5 years now, sometimes very regularly and the other less so. Today during this class, I felt like I broke through so many walls. My heels went lower. My butt reached my heels in all child poses. I didn’t have to take a tiny baby step in some of the transitions. BEST OF ALL: I completed the full half moon pose, extension, looking outwards, and held to completion. I could cry at how proud I feel. Thank you Kassandra for this amazing journey you’ve brought me on. Love your classes so much more than I ever imagined 2 years ago.

I really like the variety of mixing in some longer holds, like pigeon and lizard, in with the shorter hold poses.

I really like this yoga practice. I'd like to see even longer minimal cues that cover more postures, and be able to choose from 60 - 90 minutes minimal cue sessions. Thank you Kassandra for adding to my health. I am 73 years old and part of being energetic and strong comes from yoga. Since Covid I have been doing your videos as least 4 times a week and appreciate them. Before Covid I did group yoga sessions about 5 times a week in a studio. I like your mixture of yin and vinyasa and your way of being in teaching. Thank you!!!

I just started practicing yoga for 2 months. I do it everyday. I love this minimal cues yoga. I know 2 months isn't that long, but I still feel so tight in my hips and other places, but mainly my hips. I'm 59 and will be 60 in November so I really want to progress and see a positive change as a birthday present to myself.

As someone who watches a ton of videos on a variety of topics, I like that you have some videos with minimal cues/little talking. I have several videos like that where I purposely don't talk. I also like that your intro isn't very long. So many KZbin videos I watch have a long, cheesy intro.

Please, please more longer minimal cues classes. This class is so nice. Every pose flows naturally into the next. No awkward transitions. It’s just a lovely class . I do this several times a week as it hits the whole body and feels so good.

I have done this practice more than 100 times. It's perfect for days when you want something challenging but gentle. The other minimal programs are very short..can you add more like this. 45 minutes minimal clues..the shorter ones do not give enough exercise for the day

Wow 🤩 This was my first time ever doing a minimal cue class AND I LOVED IT!!! Really allowed me to concentrate and listen to my body and breath. Also I now know I can self align pretty well on my own. 15/10 💕💕 Thank you Kassandra 🙏🏻💋

I have a herniated disc, L4/L5. So, I had a really hard time bending down with caterpillar. The Sphinx, I don't even bother doing, because it compresses my lower back so much. What would you recommend for me? Thank you so much for your videos. Regards, Daniel

Beautiful! I struggle a bit with balance poses but it was worth it. Added a few neck and side stretches at the end. Feel absolutely amazing now. Please let us have more longish minimal cues classes. 😊

I really really just love these minimal queue practices. I find I can get more comfortable and go deeper and relax more in each pose and I find I am more graceful and flow from one transition to the next in a more calming way. Thank you so much Kassandra.

Amazing class! ☺️🙏🌺 I'm curious why do you call the standing twists "open twists" as I've learned that direction (toward the flexed knee) to be closed and open would be away from the flexed knee. ☺️

Hi Kassandra, great class. As you said not much of them on utube(minimal cues). Could you do something like intermediate minimal cues for hips/hamstrings flexibility? (u already have flexibilty, but it could be so great to have a combined one). Or , do minimal cues tackling sp[ecific purpose: flexibility, core strenght, shoulders etc. Thnx. u r videos are tops

I love this 45 minute minimal cues practice...would love MORE please! And also some longer ones please. You're the best Kassandra!! Namaste!

I love these minimal cues lessons. I practice your 10 minutes morning lessons every day. Could you please provide some minimal cues 10-minutes morning classes? I really would LOVE them!!!
