I’ve been doin yoga on and off.. but I’m definitely in the beginner to intermediate level... just felt so good when my body is allowing itself to go through this as imperfect as it can be with many many breaks...instead of being critical..this was a huge lesson for my ego..and I feel so so good at the end of this class. That’s what matters ❤️💕. Huge appreciation for Kassandra!!

Thank you for another lovely workout. Your classes are just at the right tempo, letting me complete the movements without hurry and concentrating on the muscles I am using. I try and do 30 mins to 50 mins each morning and can guarantee that it makes a big difference over a period of time. Young 72 year old!!

I love the longer Intermediate/advanced practices so much. This was such a wonderful class. I was feeling anxious and sad. Being able to concentrate just on the moves and breath really helps let go of the negative stuff. I feel so relaxed and and content now. Thank you, Kassandra : ) Om Shanti

Kassandra, I started yoga with you approximately 18 months ago for my mental health, I remember accidentally selecting this one by accident and saying "not today, Kassandra" and going back to more appropriate beginner classes. Today I completed this practice and although not exactly following all the moves, I feel so pleased to have come as close as I did because it shows me my progress over time. My mind is so much calmer after any one these classes and my body is healthier....thank you.

This was a tough practice. I couldn't do the splits over my arm I just put my arm underneath my leg & held it there. I tried practicing headstand but maybe one day I'll get it. Namaste

I appreciate the variation and creativity in the sequences (which goes for all your online classes). The combinations and order of the poses worked really well for me, and even though I wasn’t able to do the full versions of the arm balance, I still felt that I got a lot out of the class.

Yess love this class! I lifted yesterday and was not feeling kundanyasana, so I hit the splits instead. The cue in cat pulling its tail of moving left shoulder and hip apart was on point, I got way deeper in that twist. I wouldn't mind seeing more classes guiding into advanced poses. I'm always working on handstand and forearm stand, so some classes peaking in those would be amazing. Love you and your channel, it's been so cool to practice with you and watch it all grow over the last six years or so. Namaste!

I loved this challenging class! I am not at the point of my practice to do the handstand so I just modified (legs down 😜). But this class definitely had me engaging all of my muscles and focus which I love, and will be doing this class again and again. i set the intention of being open to challenges at the beginning of this class and i was a bit daunted when you went into the headstand because i've never done one before. i usually just sit them out but this time i felt so strong and decided to give it a try and i was able to actually bring my legs up and balance for the first time!! thank you so much for activating this power within me!

Loved this class. Exactly where I am in my yoga right now, between intermediate and advanced and therefore I would love to see more classes like this. You are amazing at guiding one into the poses, also I have a lower back issue and you are always mindful of the low back and guide how one should do the poses without pain. Also wanted to add that I do yoga with you everyday, started in April last year with the 30 day morning challenge and right now I’m having a 30 day power yoga challenge that I set up myself. Your yoga classes helped me become stronger and cope with the slipped disk in my back. Did my first headstand since the injury in this class!
