I didn’t realize how many reps 40 really was until we started doing them 😅 love the heavy and then burnout challenge combo at the end, this was so fun and fast!!

Omg such a challenging workout, i think it was even harder than the lower body same format. Im so proud of myself, i finished it, plus did the tabata afterwords💪 Ur workouts just make me push harder and i loooove it. Thank u for all ur energy and videos.

Great sequence, I definitely lightened up at the end and even with the much lighter weights I was Feeling it . PS congrats ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just got back from the beach and this workout kicked my butt(?) arms haha! While I was gone I just kept thinking of all the ways these strength workouts were helping me in real life! ie carrying my bag and my 4 year old into the airport... carrying my bag, the 4 year old's bag and pushing my mom's bag on my rolling carryon bag on the way out of the airport! I can tell how much stronger I have gotten in the last almost 3 months since starting these workouts with you! LOVE THEM! You are my workout BFF (if only I could convince my hubby to do them with me...) off to do some abs!!!! Then dessert!

WOW!! This was the ultimate upper body workout. That 200 rep finisher was humbling and 🔥🔥! Loved it all! Added ankle, no I mean wrist weights for a few! :)

OH MY!! OH MY!! That was the COMPLETE-ULTIMATE-TOTAL UPPER BODY WORKOUT!! I’m having difficulty just typing these words…the shake is so real!! Don’t let those lighter weights fool you during the burn out round! Wowzers! This one goes down in history as the toughest yet! Feeling so good to have gotten to the end! We’ve got this Buttkickers! Perseverance is the key…be willing and open to change 🔥🩵💪🏻🌟🙌🏻🙏🏻. Thank you Kaleigh!

Proud to check that one off the list! I added my wrist weights on the first round. I was very glad to be off work today to properly dedicate the time to this, and the cardio tabata afterwards. We are coming round that final lap strong!!

Will do this after work, get a walk in for lunch and end with a good muscle workout. Sometimes I'm tired but your enthusiasm and "you started this, you have to finish" type of banter helps. ; )

This is totally awesome. I’m all about leg day and cardio. I love legs and I can smash them. But this arm circuit was killer. I love back, but you got me on the biceps.

Wow!!! Just finished this one! My arms were like jello by the end of the 200 rep challenge. I followed it with your 10 min tabata, but only could do one round of the pushups since my arms were so fatigued😅 I completed the leg day challenge a couple days ago. That was great too! I found legs a bit easier for me than arms. Thank you so much for both of these workouts. You are amazing and so much fun and motivating to work out with. 💪🦵❤
