I have to say this. Thank you. I was 12 years of age and highly obese. At that point, obesity in boys my age is discarded by calling it chubbiness and so, even I didn't care much about my physique, until I shifted schools and was bullied. They would corner me and then say inappropriate things. They would push me and laugh because with my weight, I was somehow funny to them. I cried and it was funny because I hadn't hit puberty. The one summer vacation I though about changing. I started with jogging and your 20 minute videos ('Sweat like you mean it' being my favorite) and then and a month, there was a change. I didn't see much, neither did my parents or my family members but those who saw me after a long time did. I then switched to this workout for 3 more months. Changes came. I felt a lot more stronger, but most importantly, confident. As far as the bullies are concerned, I never saw them after the summer vacation. I am now thirteen, working out, with you. You guys made that happen. Thank you fitness blender.

Harshit Tewari , I’m a 35 yr old woman (using husbands iPad hah) and reading your comment broke my heart. Bullies are just people that are not happy with themselves. I can understand at your age though how hard it must be to have gone through that. Rest assured that at 35, things like weight and the way you look means nothing in the real world when you have to earn a living and work hard to pay bills. My advice is to surround yourself with people that see your soul, not your body and who truely appreciate you for you. Gaining a good support system is very empowering. I do these videos to stay fit but mainly for stress relief. I have two little boys and juggle raising a family, working full time and studying. Your life is YOURS and is too precious to waste energy caring about idiots. Remember that. Anyhow, take care and good luck!

This workout is tough, and when I hear, “2 down, 6 more to go,” I swear I can hear a part of me just go, “yeah, I don’t know if you can do this”, and the other saying “push through, it’s just 20 seconds”. Each time I put my doubts aside, I felt myself get stronger. Some days, it’s a lot more difficult to get through the burpees and push up, where I feel like I really can’t keep up with Kelli. I used to feel bad for not keeping up, but now, I feel great just getting through each interval the best way that I can at the moment because it’s certainly better than not doing it at all. I like to start my week with this one because the rest of the workouts I do throughout the week usually feels more doable knowing that I made it through this. Thank you, Kelli and Daniel for FitnessBlender. You’ve changed my life for the better.

Just finished this...my first HIIT work out!..got through the whole thing (barely) while my 6 month old was napping! SUCCESS :) slowly saying goodbye to that baby weight one day at a time! So glad I found fitnessblender!!! You guys are awesome!

For whatever reason I didn't think this workout would be that intense bc of the breaks in-between, but damn- I AM DRENCHED! Excellent workout. I really appreciate the fact that you show HOW to do the exercise that is coming up before hand. It really makes it easy to follow and I don't have to keep stopping the video and rewinding so I know what I'm doing!

When I had started exercise, I always do only 5 min workout then slowly twice or thrice; I had maximized the timeout to 7, 10, 15, 25, 30, 40 and now 45 minutes. So, for the first week, u feel pain like hell then slowly your stamina increase and then feel more energetic. I am a fat ass guy but doing such activities to archive my goals and yeah fat guys only have one target to lose weight up to 70-80. :D

I found it really tough when I did this workout for the first time. I just did my third workout and I am getting better every each routine. Normally I never sweat so much in any workout but this workout made me sweat heavily. Thank you Fitness Blender HIIT to upload this video.

Make sure that you're keeping your core tight throughout the entire routine and you can basically turn the entire thing into an abs workout, as well.

last two years ago. This one was killer, but as usual, I loved it! Those push ups killed my arms, haha, they're all jittery and tight now. I stopped looking at the counter and just waited til Daniel spoke, "4, 3, 2, 1.." Best words and worst words of the video ("Let's start back up in 4, 3, 2, 1" #CantWin lol). Watching Kelli continue was motivating (in my head, we were in this together). Thanks for encouragement too, Daniel. The "Just keep pushing" really helped me continue. I actually completed this workout (with the exception of the push ups #musclefailure and some crunches). Thanks, thanks, a million thanks! #LoveFitnessBlender

for those of you who don't have weights, you can modify it to amp it up a bit. For instance: kettlebells: pop squats, mountain climbers, or a combo of both to hit the thighs and abs. alternating lunges: alternate every other set with jumping lunges instead of normal (killer!) double pulse squats: alternate every other with jump squats or 3,2,1 pulse jumps good luck!

I LOVE Fitness Blender!! I paid 90/month to go to Fitbody Bootcamp that was basically all the same workouts as fitness blender. I prefer the ones where Kelly narrates, but no big deal. I have seen a definite improvement in my shape since starting a couple months ago. Love it!! They're tough, but effective!!

If you're used to the 2-4x HIIT groups, this is quite a wake-up call! First couple rounds are cake, but then as you're finishing up the 4th set, the next 4 seem impossible. Good news is that things move fast, so you don't have too much time to dwell on your fate, but you'll definitely feel the burn.

This is a great video and I am very thankful for it. One piece of constructive criticism: don't say negative things like, "I know your arms are completely dead right now." It's not helpful. Instead you could say, "This is tough but you can make it through..." GREAT video. Without the heavy talking, this would be perfect. Thank you!

This workout was absolutely amazing. It pushes you to give your all not in an aggressive way but in a way that you want to yourself. The twenty second intervals for each workout and ten second breaks between each interval were a dream and really made the workout easier. I didn't want to give up in the middle of each exercise because I knew that there would be a break coming where I could rest soon enough. With my own music playing the background as well as an instructor telling me what to do this was the perfect workout thank you!

Ok here's my tip I hope this helps for people struggling etc. I eat 5 days low carbs I'd wake up drink glass of cold water 1 egg and little bit of almonds (7-8) and at 1:00 fish with broccoli.6:00 chicken wings or fish with broccoli again and at 8:00 1 egg and up to 16 almonds and also dont forget the water IMPORTANT, my workouts in low carbs days walk 1 hr each day and (lightweightweight) lifting x1 and x1 strength lifting and x1-2 mike changs 12min afterburner intense workout. And i eat 2 days high carbs for my HIIT workouts and x1 strength lifting, high carbs eating include: morning 8:30 egg and oatmeal 12:15 rice with 5-6 almonds 5:30 i eat rice but optional with chicken wings or fish and 6:40 a little broccoli meal 9:25 egg up to 16 almonds and ofc drink water IMPORTANT, I also drink protein shake only on high carbs days I lost most body fat and gained lean muscle hope this helps coz I hate people wanting money I've been through it al, hope this helps good luck.

Burpees and push-ups are the most difficult. Take comfort in knowing they're the first two exercises, so even though they'll kill you, you get them out of the way. Took a slightly longer break before the static planks, knowing it would be tough to maintain a static form after the previous exercises. While 45 minutes may seem daunting, the routine goes by very quickly. Seems like 20 minutes!

i have been using you video for 3 weeks now. three times a week as alternating work-outs. they really burn. thanks guys. more power. thanks for the good deeds. oh, by the way, these help me loose 25 pounds already. hehehe 5 more pounds to my desired weight. :)

I feel like I need an oxygen mask after this workout! I've been doing the same tabata routine in my 5-6 day workout schedule, every week, for a year. This was a great way to mix it up a little. Love this workout. Will definitely do it again.

Did this for the first time - loved it! I always use FitnessBlender when I'm away from home and my equipment. I can always find something I can do in a hotel room, friend's house, etc. Thanks!

this is amazing. just did this for the first time. still have to work on my push-up and jumping jacks but the rest was awesome and it's the perfect start into the day. thanks

Me too! Then I realized no one was going to feel sorry for me and I was the only one pushing myself through it, so I sucked it up and finished. This one was HARD! I swear Kellie must either be a machine or have no sweat glands because I had to wipe my face on my shirt about 1783 times during this workout.
