Didn't she state that she was thinking that he was going to try to get her put away or something by saying she assaulted him and if I remember correctly then possibly that would affect her custody of her son. Didn't she want to talk him out of this. Any mother would take this chance of talking to the abuser to protect her child. I think she was abused by this man possibly psychologically and definitely physically and believes that he would do this even if it wasn't true. I think that having been in a relationship where they protect their image and destroy you is their goal is what I think I have heard a narcissist does. I think I may be true that it is common for the wife to look like the crazy one while the abuser gets off scott free for being guilty of his crime although she lived to tell the story with people not believeing her unless she lied. If what she says is true which I think there is reasonable doubt that she could be innocent, well at least she did not get killed but I wish that maybe she would have testified to say why she believed she was in danger for her life but he has beat her many times so may be this time she could see it in his eyes that he was not right in his head and could have killed her who know.

This is Georgia, where guns serve as gifts to friends and loved ones. Here up north, when we’re looking for a present to give somebody on a birthday or anniversary or to celebrate an important holiday, we usually think of flowers or candy or something from an Amazon Wish List. But in Georgia and other southern states, people tend to give guns as a way of saying, “I care.” Of course on very special occasions, high-school graduation, for example, or release from prison, loved ones usually give a machine gun. They say it’s “the gift that keeps on giving.”😂

I have my suspicions on her abuse. I cant prove it of course. But all her injuries are very mild and in places they can be self inflicted. You dont normally see that with abuse victims and i noticed that immediately. Its odd. His injury however, on the back of the head, bleeding, alledgedly her hitting him with a hammer, thats not something you see as self inflicted. Its not all that hard to make some bruises on your arm. Black eye is a lot harder, but the pictures shown are not fresh and through black eye. Its the remnants of it and can easily be faked with make up. I dont think what you state here was in the video. But it corroborates the suspicion i had wrt her injuries. The fact she actually threatened to do that, what the ex said, already proves to me that she did it. And that shes evil. We don't KNOW who was more physically aggressive OR who started the physical altercations. ** 2- you don't shoot someone 9, 10 or 12 TIMES in self- defense!! Sheila Ross is an outstanding Prosecutor. A very commanding presence. Her choice of words in her opening and closing statements for me made the case. She saw right through Victoria. Even the judge, when passing his sentence, didn’t hesitate to in imposing maximum punishment for Victoria.

Yup, the judge even caught on to the fact she had no remorse over murdering a guy. Judges are most inclined to give lighter sentences when the criminal shows remorse and apologizes.

The Detective, The officer who handed over the gun, the defendant, and her lawyer.... So much fuckery. Its baffling

If you’re afraid of someone, you don’t go confront them and video them and later you DON’T LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE to begin with! She trapped him and then killed him. The jury got this right.

If he was so afraid of her why did HE go to her on that fateful night?! The idiot had a death wish.

If the shots are in the victims back, it’s not self defense. End of story.

I‘m floored by so many aspects of this story! I can’t believe that it seems to be legal in the US to show up with cameras at a scene where one person just died and spill details of an ongoing investigation and then have that aired before the defendant got a fair trial?? The fact that the detective was ok with doing a show like this shows her lack of morals and professionalism. I doubt that this would be legal in my country and I wish the law could come for her in some way! In this case she might have at least been right in her conclusion but imagine how much damage she could do working like this!

I thought the same thing! Not sure which country you live in but here in the U.K. you can’t even film in court due to causing bias…so can’t imagine how a T.V crew are allowed at an active crime scene, just totally bizarre!

She had approval from superiors to do the show. Right or wrong, she had permission.

The one thing that stands out to me that she planned this is her asking her roommate not to be home that night. This is a very dangerous toxic woman it's really too bad he didn't listen to those around him.

I am surprise that woman detective still has a job. She is sooooo full of herself.
