While listening to this I had a full on nightmare where I was fighting with my previous ex, not the one I am trying to get over and calling him out on his bullshit. Before listening, take a few minutes to be quiet, and tell you unconscious mind how important it is to let go and to sleep deeply too. Joseph

I just woke up while listening to this a little past 2 hours, and has the following dream. Is it in the voice, or was it my dream? I heard someone responding to the voice, like a dialogue. Is there a kind of dialogue in this hypnosis? In my dream, you were critical of the response. The other voice was judgemental, would ask a lot of questions at once and not accept the answers, was critical of the answers, etc. Then, something changed. Can you explain if this is really part of what I heard, or was that my dream?

This would definitely be a dream. As this session is only one voice and only positive learnings, new strategies and creating new associations. Although extremely rare it can be like hearing a phone go off and it enters your dream stare or if you feel asleep listening to music it can be a part of the dream.

@@JosephClough thanks, I've definitely had what you describe, as a ringing phone in real life fitting in with the dream. Perhaps you can recommend if this recording is good for me, or if there's a better one? My ex wife came out as a lesbian after 20 years of marriage and 6 kids, and admitted some of the lies, cover stories, etc, but most of them, I discovered on my own with the help of her ex lesbian lover. But after all of the trauma, after having gotten divorced, I got engaged to a wonderful woman and get married in another month. I thought that getting engaged would entirely resolve the depression that comes from the past and focus only on the future, but I still have so many questions about my ex that I will never get answers to. Is there another recording that you have that could help me? Also, do you recommend listening to it late at night as I fall asleep or during the day?

This could be because your unconscious mind is actually process the relationship to get over it. If I were you before going to sleep and listening, ask your unconscious mind (as if you are sending a signal to it) resolve the conflicts/associations of your ex beneath the surface of the conscious while being deeply asleep. ~ Joseph
