Well when I rode my banshee in the woods to slow it got hot and started puking antifreeze. They like to run in mid range and top end for sure. They have zero bottom end so a lot of revving and clutch slipping at low speed. I think your build is still awesome and interesting. I really enjoyed it! God bless my friend! 👍

Great build but seeing it’s 4x4 I think you need to gear it down. So you start off in 2nd gear when normal riding in 2x4 an use first gear when in 4x4 and mudding or crawling. You can’t use all 6 gears right now anyways I bet. So gear it down so you can have a granny 1st so to speak. An be like a 5 speed 2-6 most the time but still have that 1st gear when you need it. And a foot shifter

Bro.. You gotta shift way quicker. Stop letting it rev out so long. Once it starts pulling hard, just shift, shift, shift--- and it will pull just as hard through all those gears, and you'll be absolutely flying... You're staying in one gear too long and high reving, and there's no reason to... You MUST put that shifter down on your foot--- if you ride it correctly, it's going to go much faster than you want to go driving it one handed...... I'm telling you, you gotta put that shifter down on your left foot. I know it's gonna be hard with the linkage and the angles, ect.. But I've owned several banshee's, and I rode them has my "daily rider' -- even when I had a 450R, I still rode the banshee's way more often. That power band pull is addictive once you learn how to shift quickly and keep it pulling... But I would be terrified to do that one handed. lol....... Gotta get the shifter to your left foot, I can't stress it enough.

Dude sick Muray. You HAVE to do something with the shifting. Where the shifter is and how awkward it is for you to shift gears kills the ride. Make a linkage that goes to you foot, or a electric servo type deal where you can use paddles. Something better that what you have there.
@oldschoolride3 жыл бұрын
Hey Vasily, sorry neither of us thought about you needing at least the connector from the wiring harness for the front diff. Wish you would have called or messaged. You should install foot pockets that you can use to anchor yourself with your toes. It's like a snowboard binding but an open pocket you slide your foot into. Off road electric longboard guys use them. Since you don't have side bolstering, it should help keep you on your seat.

Aye stupidfastjohn!!! Love that dude! 👌👌 I had the same crankseal problem too. Unfortunately it wqs too late when i found out and she locked up on me in 4th gear cruising. No Bueno, motor grenaded and is gonna be the most costly build ive ever done. So im glad you found your leak in time!!! They also have top end jetting mods such as instajet or dial a jet that go anywhere from 60-280 bucks and just goes onto your current carbs and makes it so you can adjust your main jet on the fly, i think insta jet even has it to where you can adjust the main jet by dial at the bars or wheel and makes it pretty easy when working with these wild 2strokes.
