@@DrRowe amazing what offends people. It was a picture of a woman doing a bridge. If someone feels that's sexual then they should be focusing more on exercises than criticism. If others are sharing opinions so liberally, I will also. It is still commendable that you changed since someone had a problem with it. Just made it harder to find when I went back to look for it to watch again. This was a great video regardless of the "thumbnail"

I added ankle weights to the hydrant 2.5 lbs each. Really takes it up a notch. I did 3 rounds of each and the entire workout took 30 minutes. Great workout!!

The first exercice is not strengthening the adductor but the abduction. 🤔 If you want to strengthen the innerside /adductor lift also the lower leg. 🙏🏼

I would look at exercises prescribed for post ligament surgery as these moves will be gentle and slow building towards increasing strength & stability of the knee joint - you'll be strengthening the muscles of entire leg . So look at exercises to increase core stability -spinal/ all of back and all the abdominal muscles . To start maybe check sites from exercise physiologists or athletic trainers for sports specific training .

You can’t “spot burn” fat. It’s been studied for years. You can strengthen the area, but not target specific fat areas.

Strength Conditioning is not necessarily about burning fat, but building muscle (strength) as well. Spot training is about targeting an area of the body in a way that promotes strength (muscle). Thus it’s called spot training and not spot reduction.

Everybody knows this, if you know anything about exercise. However, if your muscle is larger, it will burn fat without you even doing anything. I think this is what the title is referring to.

@@Demonarrows1 You can indeed burn fat in a specific region by emphasizing that region. Fat is burned all over the body, however by building muscle in certain emphasized areas, one burns more fat from that region. Spot reduction is better stated as spot conditioning which does indeed work. However like anything else, it still takes time, even though it will take less time when emphasized.

A champion bodybuilding competer attended my gym. She had an amazing body and I asked her detailed questions about diet and exercise. I was surprised when she told me that her husband owned a clinic and they had a machine that would spot burn fat. It clamps on to fat rolls. She said it causes the muscles to contract and burns the fat. I don't know if it included the release of any energy beams. I asked her about the cost. This was 5 years ago and it was $600 per session. That would be two clamps for about an hour. I asked her if additional sessions were required and she said yes. You have to keep going until the fat is gone, however number of treatments that takes. So, if a person has a small fortune, they can reduce spot fat. I don't know what it does to the skin. I have a friend who has had breast augmentation, sonobello treatments, liposuction, facial surgery, fillers and constant skin treatments. She is gorgeou$.

....this is a bit of a disappointment to me. I absolutely love your content and I will continue to support your channel. I think you do a lot of amazing work and give great tips and tutorials to help people. That being said...this was a real miss. I know in another comment you pointed out that you make no mention of spot burning fat, but your title implies it. "Excercises to burn leg and thigh fat." It is a misleading title. Added to the issue is the thumbnail. Women have long been targeted by problematic weightloss and beauty standards that have descimated the self confidence and healthy body image of generations of women. To use an image of a perfectly thin woman pinching her inner thigh relies on years of targeted marketing that plays on unhealthy female insecurities. I think these two things will earn you a lot of fair criticism and that it would be helpful to you to consider these implications and reupload this video with a new title and thumbnail. You of course know your brand best and the direction you want to take your channel, but to me this doesn't match the image you've crafted so far.

I changed the thumbnail after the feedback. The purpose of this video was just to give some helpful exercises to burn calories and fat for those that are looking to achieve that. Nothing more than that.

Oh for heaven's sake! I'm pretty sure, in all my relatively long life, I've never *once* heard a man complain about leg and inner thigh fat. I have, however, heard plenty of women do so. And "thigh gap" was a really huge deal a couple of years ago. Again, never a "thing" for men, but lots of women were working hard to try to achieve it and even editing their photos to give themselves the illusion of thigh gap. Pretending that this sweet man, after all the helpful videos he's put out (that cost you absolutely nothing BTW) is somehow "a disappointment" for including a picture of a woman in the thumbnail of a video of interest to essentially *only* women is absurd. Please stop browbeating Dr Rowe about petty, insignificant things that have no actual affect on your or anyone else's life. There are actual problems in the world waiting to be addressed. This isn't one of them.
