Sir in absolute muscle program you are saying to eat 30% protien of the maintenance calories. My maintenance calories are 2500 and protein intake which came is of 187gm but if we multiply 2.2 with my body weight which is 63 Kg the product which will come is of 138.6. So if I consume 187gm of protein will it affect my kidney Sir plz reply I'm in great confusion

We don't need fats right after workout, peanut butter is primary source of fats, u can't have but instead u can have 4-5 egg whites with a banana or whey Protien if possible so.

A bit confused 100 gram of popcorn Constitutes 78 g carbohydrates Then how come the calories are 150 78g carbs x 4 = 312 11g protein x 4 = 44 And if 1/2 tea spoon of olive oil Add 50 calories more The total calories come out to be more than 400 in 100g of popcorn Dear Jeet salal please Explain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
