Thay you for commenting, yes I really love Cumbria, my favourite place is the Langdale valley as there are so many routes in east access but the entire Lake District is very beautiful and lot of places to park if ur in a van 👍

Great walk, glad to see the path is open again as I'm aiming to hike this in a few weeks. Stopping every 5 miles is a great idea too, I find if I don't tell myself or plan somewhere to stop I keep going.

I walked the west highland way early last year and I just kept going with no real breaks and found I was getting really tired, I’m strict with my self about breaks now, good luck with the walk you will love it, if I can provide any info let me know 👍

@@KandCoutdoors It's certainly hard to stop sometimes 😀 one question, did the campsites charge for showers? I'll certainly be taking cash for the campsites but change is just dead base weight 🤣
@KandCoutdoors Жыл бұрын
@@davidcann6021 the only site that charged for showers was Coniston I think 50p or £1, can’t remember but not expensive, but cheeky given it was one of the more expensive sites,
