Thank you! Im 67 and have lost a lot of muscle in the last 2-3 years. Adding more protein to my diet and was looking for simple exercises to start regaining muscle and yours are perfect! I can't wait to watch more of your videos.😊

Thank you for all your motivating videos. These have helped me decide what wars for me. I’m 53 and have lost a lot of weight but didn’t exercise. I have lost a lot of muscle and have very weak legs. I’m working on getting strength back and losing at least 80 more pounds
