Even when we try to follow a diet and exercise regularly, our stomachs may still feel heavy. And when that happens, it usually means that our bodies are bloated. Bloating is a common problem which many of us face. It occurs when gas produced by the breakdown of foods accumulates in your stomach and intestines rather than going out.
This may happen when you are full, puffy, or heavy shortly after eating your meal. It also has the tendency to cause pain, this includes the stomach cramps, back pain and chest pain. Here are 5 everyday foods that might help relieve bloating.

Ginger tea helps me a lot. In the morning, peel a 1x1.5 cm piece, wash, grate on a fine grater, pour 2 cups of boiling water, cover with a saucer, after half an hour you can drink.. In the evening, pour 1 cup of boiling water over the morning pulp. PS Gephilus and other lactic acid bacteria, garlic and chamomile helped, but very little.

You can also try eating a green apple Please note that in many cases this will not work but for me for some unknown reason it completely removes the bloatedness by eating just 1 raw green apple my best guess is the fiber content but i cant say give it a shot and see what happens

Ots not just bloating, its constipation. And even if i poop my tummy fills with bloat straight after. Its mad3 me lose so much weight and weak because i barely eat. Im to scared to eat anything at this point.

I’m sorry to hear that. I’m experiencing bloating every time after I eat since I started my low carb diet. It makes me not even want to eat even though I need to. So I eat very small portions every 2-3 hours but still feel bloated afterwards, very annoying.

Beside cocumber this list is from products which in many places hard to find or it cost stupidously pricy. There are ginger relatively accessible, but I for example just can't tolerate even smell of it... Yogurt are actually good thing, mean real good, but again it cost so much that it is as delicacy for holidays unless You have livestock to got milk for it basically free. There are also milk product called "kefir", but it is turkish word or from Near East region. Basically also yogurt, but on steroids in means of effect. Also I found tea with added star anis and I mean ANY tea with it also greatly ease problem. Because for man problem more from excess of stomach juice it also can help to eat raw carrot between meals as a snack. It is cheap where I am, so also a good option. Mainly there many vegetables which can help and I surprised that there chosen to list some more pricy and exotic from my perspective products.

Well ma’am for your information every individual has different reasons for bloating and accordingly they have to eat. Like I get bloating by all of the things you said to eat to avoid bloating 🤣😆 so don’t spread ur assumptions as people who are suffering will only look for such videos and you will post for “like share and subscribe 😅”
