So the current weight is 70kg ye work to karta hai lekin aapko strictly pura diet follow karna hai and in my case maine diet to follow Kiya lekin kaafi jyada workouts bhi kiye along with running and skipping 👍🏻(har kisi ka body type alag hota hai ho sakta hai aapko itna workout na karna pade sirf diet se bhi difference samajh ajaye...)

Thank you very much. Ma'am for your diet plan.but Pl a person who is 80 Years of age so what should I do? And weak digetion with dysentry proband underweight . So should I use your diet plans I liked it but Pl make some changes to gain weight.Thank you very much ma'am.❤

Mere ghar sirf ek hi sabji banti,aur dusri sabhji banana mere liye thoda Ghar walo ke liye thoda irritade hoga.mam ghar main jo kuchh Banta hai usko kaise maintain karen ,jaruri hai kiya green vegetables ko jodna
