Join me for a 5 minute COOL DOWN STRETCH ROUTINE to do after your workout or as a quick stretch on its own. We'll slowly get that heart rate back down and move through some stretches to help with muscle recovery. You can do this routine at home with no equipment needed. Great stretch before and after your 30 minute workouts. I’m 65 and was unable to get through 5 minutes of your weight routines even with 2 lbs. Now I’m smashing them and my body lost 35 lbs and I feel and look great. Thank you!

Wonderful stretch after I finished my personal customized routine with your 10 minute HIIT, 5 minute arms, 5 minute abs, 5 min legs, and 5 min booty videos!! I love the shorter videos. It makes it easy to make a quick 30 minute workout. Can you create some shorter 10 minute strength routines with the heavier 8-10 lb weights? I just turned 60 and getting my strength back. I used to use the old THE FIRM videos back in the day and I'm used to the heavy weights during squats and lunges :) Thanks!
