Hi! I love your short 5 min 30 day programs. Can you do more of those? I’m redoing the 6-pack Abs and sculpted legs challenge w a friend this December! I love that you can do one short workout, feel accomplished, and then try another. Before I know it I’ve done a lot! Happy holidays!!

A new favorite! WOWZA. This particular combination done twice really felt effective and challenging. What's great about this set is that you can continue to challenge yourself in each element! Thanks so much for this! And in reference to your recent post on hydration, fun fact: at perimenopause and beyond, women absorb fewer nutrients when hydrating ourselves. So electrolytes are definitely our friend!! 🥰
