Wow, this popped up at the perfect time and was the best way to add a finisher to my workout! I loved it! I wouldn’t mind if you called out the names of the exercises over the music but maybe that’s just me. It’s sometimes hard to look at the screen in between transitions to exercises. But it was a great and effective burn for a short period of time, which I super appreciated!

I really enjoyed this!!! I think I still prefer seeing the timer countdown and hearing Maddie explaining the exercises, but this was almost like a dance workout, so you can't go wrong with that:)

I just did this one. I recognized most of the exercises so that made it easier to follow along, but the 5 minutes intensity was strong!! Definitely got me breathing and my heart rate up. I like this, I could do this one a lot! It also reminds me of an intense core session in yoga or pilates! I recently did what is called Buti yoga and it combines the burst of cardio along with these kinds of moves paired along to music with higher beats per minute, so that keeps you moving at a higher rate, so it reminded me of that, too! Same with some of the kickboxing classes I've done with women instructors. They take in the women just wanna dance factor 😆

I love that this one has a lot of variety in the type of exercises. I get bored doing the same thing for too many rounds. This was fun and helped me not think of the pain ! 😆❤️

I have to say, I love this style of workout! No breaks gives a little cardio with loads of ab! And doing the moves to the music really gave me the push i needed!

5 minutes is deceiving, but this is my new favorite way to finish all of my workouts with a really good burnout. I love this style and the songs make it so easy to follow along with and stay motivated.

I love the style of this!! I'm one of the ones who has a hard time following the dance workouts. This format helped me be able to focus on my form and feeling the muscles work and not worry about if I'm gonna miss the transition of moves until I hear the beeps. Please do more like this! ❤️

I have been following you since your original channel at least 5 years ago if not more:) I recently started regularly doing Madfit workouts and I CANNOT express how much they have improved my life in such a short time! Great variety and I appreciate the 5-minute continuous format. I did two sets. Note: I could hear you saying "get those shoulders off the floor" etc as you do in your other videos ... so this video is great for those who do your regular ab/core routines and are familiar with your technique.

Love the new style! The music is motivating and the beeps really help indicating when the next exercise is coming. I like it more than a visible timer to be honest. I like the tempo of the exercises as well! Because they're faster, they feel easier to do.

I think this is perfect when you are tired and dont have time for a longer workout. It was brutal, but loved it. I have 3 kids so I am happy with these short workouts.

I start work at 6am every morning and don't get home until around 5pm, then all I have time to do is shower and cook dinner before heading back off to bed. I can't do long workout sessions anymore, just because I don't have the time during the week. I love your ab, dull body, and arm workouts, because I can just cram them into a 15 minute workout at the start or end of the day.

First time trying this and man was it hard! I have ASD and trying new things that I know I’ll struggle with is always scary but the first time is over and now I can just repeat it and get better and better! ❤️❤️👍🏼 I try practicing going out of my comfort zone by doing one new Madfit workout per week and slowly building up my repertoire of what I’m familiar with.
