I'm going to add this to the end of all of my workout routines. Your videos are so positive, motivating, and inspiring. I see a lot of people tell you this and I absolutely feel the same way. Great channel Maddie. As a low income non driver with health conditions living alone in a council flat,I cannot always afford nor attend gym, so I do appreciate that you offer quiet full body stretches, workouts and cool downs. This is such a perfect conclusion to a workout. You finish it refresh and still a slightly tired but happy on the inside. That song at the end is amazing I've been listening to it a couple times on loop.

I just found you, did 1 abs workout, 1 dance workout and this cool down stretch and just found out that you have the same name (Maddie) like my favorite online yoga teacher madymorrison. I think this is a great cool down stretch to do after doing a long exercise. I did find it very helpful.
