I'm drinking lots of water! This video is invaluable to me, I'm on lots of pain meds and everyone of them has constipation as a side effect. Thank you so much Melissa 💖 💖 💖 💖

I drink plenty of water. Now that the weather is cooler, I have to remember to drink a lot more water! Like your warm lemon water idea to start the day. 🙏 😊

I know it's a very emotive subject but I am prescribed two different laxatives due to having severe lower back pain in the form of arthritis

Usually I do two cups of water when I get up, first thing so lots of water. I'll give this a try. I'd imagine that many people who do experience constipation are likely seated for much of the day during their daily activities or work. Thanks for the great video. :-)
