My first day after doing this work out, I felt slight soreness in my hamstring. The next day, I felt much better. And on my 3rd day I got used to it and felt no pain, I already see some changes on my thighs and glutes. I love it!!!

I’ve been doing this workout for about a month now and I can confirm it 100% works, each and every week I can results and it has really helped me stay in shape aswell. This is my 6th day doing this workout! I am definitely seeing physical changes this early on. I used to have a pretty noticeable gap between the inside of my upper thigh area, and I can tell it’s closing up (I have a fast metabolism so it’s a nice result for me). My butt and thighs feel fuller and more defined. I’ll keep it up and share results for anyone reading :)

I’m doing this once every day! I’m gunna start now update u later!! Day 1: pain in legs. Day 2: same pain as yesterday. Day 3: legs are getting used to the pain, not that much of a difference. Day 4: no pain at all, looked in the mirror and my bum looks a bit rounder/lifted. Day5: Rest Day 6: hurts a little because I didn’t do it yesterday. Day 7: not pain, bum looks rounder, lifted and abit bigger. I’m going stop the daily updates, but in a month I will do my last update on this workout to see if it really works! OMG it works i promise you. I do it once every day except from Saturday and Sunday! It really works my bum looks bigger,rounder and lifted!

Been doing this for 2 weeks now. I thought I should let you know how it’s going. I can definitely see a difference, my thighs are more toned which I like as I have naturally big thighs also my bum is definitely lifting and becoming bigger. However I am at the gym most days lifting weights on the same muscle groups this would speed the time process up. But with commitment this work out will work, you just need to force yourself and every time you want to quit remember why you are doing the work out. I would also like to point out a saying I’ve heard “it takes 2 weeks until you can feel improvement, it takes 4 weeks until you see improvement and it takes 8 weeks until everyone else sees the improvement” so just keep going, don’t stop, you can do this, you just need to be strong and strict with yourself...

@@jackythomson5752i started seeing a bit shape and it growing a little, i barely stop and i hold in my pain. but if u need to take a break, take a break for 1-2 seconds, but later on u wont feel many pain (usually feel a bit of pain on the last two tho). ive been doing this for almost two weeks and it does give a bit of a difference! but tip is to keep a water on you if ur going to do this workout. it helps a lot :)

I never comment on videos but I must for this. I started my glutenjourney when I was 29 years old, as I was very flat and wanted some curves. At the beginning it took a long while to build my glute muscles and I did weight training and hardcore workouts. In 2022 I had some health issues and hadn't been to the gym for a long time. I wasn't as flat as I was at 29, but I lost much of the muscle mass. I wanted to ease back into working out to prevent strain, and I started with these videos by Blender. After doing this workout only twice I saw results! I'm not sure if I was targeting my glutes correctly before in the gym, or watching the correct videos. But these butt workouts, especially this one, gets you the results. I love working out in a gym and working up a hard sweat, but it's also nice to be able to do this workout and see results without putting in hours of work outs and obtaining slow results. The key to this is really focusing on activating your glutes, so focus! Don't do the exercises sloppily, and have good form. You will see results. Thank you Blender !

Liz Guillen honestly, haven’t seen results quite yet. Only been doing it about a week. But when I first did the video I could only get through the first two exercises without feeling SUPER weak afterwards now I can do the whole routine. So, improving for sure but haven’t seen actual results on my body yet.

😭😂😂it burnsssss but i’ve done it for a year and there’s results for both thighs and bum! and my hip dips decided to start sorting themselves out :) (updated dec2020) also can I say WELL DONE for getting through 2020 seriously guys, this woman deserves praise for this video😭💞 update 1: well i forgot to update but SIS IT ACTUALLY WORKS! And doesn't hurt so much😉 Just remember to be realistic though, you are NOT going to end up with a Nicki Minaj sized butt XD update 2: its been a YEAR- i can deffo say theres a difference but you need to increase intensity also! good luck!

Started this yesterday and will be updating my progress 😬 (fyi: I barely workout so this is my first proper one) Day 1: I almost died finishing this workout but completed all of it. Day 2: My thighs are so sore. Couldn’t sit on the toilet seat without screaming 😂 Completed it today too. Ngl my muscles have become a little tense which is a good sign. Let’s hope it works 🤞🏼 Day 3: Took a rest day. My thighs had no energy

guys so this is the start of my third week & i’ve been trying 2 b consistent my first 2 weeks & i already see a slight difference! enough 2 notice!! more shape in my butt(maybe even my legs)!! i’m gonna keep striving w this & b as consistent as possible! i’m also doing another workout on top (chloe ting) but i’ll keep the updates going! TRUST THE PROCESS. i have a small butt, it’s nice but not big a all but i can slowly c something coming in. (i still struggle w the workout lol but that’s how ik it’s effective.) edit: guys i switched on fitness blender😪😪it was good but i wanted something more challenging that ik would def give some good results. i now do a different routine which is longer & more intense & rllyyyy targets my butt, but it’s worth it! as of so far it’s going good!!! let me know if u want the details :)

I've been doing this workout in the past and it made my butt firm, but I combined many other workouts, along with a lot of biking and hiking once it started getting easy to do. It's also good as a warm-up exercise. Should start including it in my workouts again!

I’ve been doing this for 2 months this is gonna be my third by the end of October my butt has actually gotten a more fuller and firm/rounder. I’m still gonna do this including some other workouts because my butt is still pretty small. If you are wondering I do this 5 times a week mon,tues,wed,fri and sat. I’m also gonna start doing twice a day. Anyways I’ll update you guys by the end of November.

So I just started doing this workout since yesterday , I do it twice a day for quicker results , I’ll keep y’all updated Day1) lots of pain , no result Day2) lots of pain , no result obviously since it’s the beginning Day3) I forgot to do it Day4) hurts sooo much since I missed a day so I had to do it four times since I was doing it twice a day . Day5) so the pain is still the same on working out but results are slowing showing now, im a thin person but I’m not healthy so I have cellulite on my small little butt and I can see a difference , the cellulite is definitely becoming less , not such a bigggg difference but there is a difference, I’m so happy 😀

Okay so it's Day 4 and I can see results already mostly on my thighs. They're getting kind of thicker and muscular but they hurt a lot (probably because I havent exercised in like a year). Try to stretch before you do it (I didn't the first day and that may be why I'm in so much pain still). Also I can barely sit 😂😂😂 I'm surprised I can see a difference in so little time. It's not a reeeeeaaally big difference but it's amazing for half a week. My butt also feels kind of lifted. I'll try and keep doing it to see if it gets better because guys, I really am in pain. Though I'd add I'm also doing another workout to fix my hip dips.

Well it's day 7 and I'm not as hurt now. I thought about quitting because the pain was kind of intense but I guess it was because my muscles were growing. Still super toned! My butt is lifted as I said but I'm not sure it's gotten bigger. Anyway i'm happy with the results by now. Will do it for a couple weeks and keep you updated!

So I've been doing this for about two weeks. 5 times a week, once a day. I'm already able to tell a difference in my thighs and butt. It's much more tighter and firm. I still have a long way to go. Along with this I'm also doing some other weight training ( mild) and 15-20 mins if cardio Every other day. If anyone is wondering if it works. It definitely does. Just keep going and be patient. Im on my fitness journey. Im a 13 year old female, and I weigh 155 pounds. Ive become so self concious about how I look. I know I can get diabetes, but I just can't stop eating. Ana Shamsi it burns fat, but builds muscles. As for hips you can’t make them bigger without plastic surgery, because they’re bones, and not fat or muscle which you can increase or decrease as you wish. Look on the bright side though, us small hipped girls always give off an athletic kind of vibe! ;)

I do this video or the other 5 minute big butt video along with a 30 min walk, 10 min yoga & a 5 min abs video, 4-5 days a week. It’s been like 3 weeks now and I definitely notice my booty look bubblier. Stay strong! And I also think switching up the exercises helps the muscle growth too. Keep at it peopleeee

Kirsten Bombshell it also all depends on muscle memory, if she has worked out recently she will see results much quicker than someone who exercises less regularly.

my butt was flatter than a piece of paper before I did this exercise and I started to do this twice a day every morning and every night before bed and it's been about 2 weeks now and I don't stop getting compliments from my friends on how fit my thighs and butt look:))))

Day 1: ✅ was painful first day, body wasn’t used to it. Day 2: ✅ legs were sore all day from yesterdays. Day 3: ✅was getting easier Day 4: ✅ I could tell my thighs were getting bigger and butt was rounder. Day 5: ✅ body is used to the workout Day 6: ✅ nearly a week Day 7: skipped Day 8: ✅ seeing improvements in thighs Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅

I’m actually seeing results! My thighs are getting thicker and my butt is getting bigger! Just be patient and don’t give up and don’t forget to take days off to relax! It WILL work! :)

I need motivation too. I have depression and anxiety. Have been diagnosed and it is hard for me to get out of bed. For very like I will do this set a day. Excerise has been a huge help mentally for me.

im the same way girl. I've struggled with depression and anxiety for 7 years now and i just finally started to get myself together and workout. You just have to picture the person you want to be & if you really want it you will make it happen. Motivation is hard but you only have one life, you don't want to be sitting around feeling depressed. Instead, work your hardest and get the body you want. Working out and eating healthy improves your mental state of mind and can get you out of depression. Goodluck!!

We have heard over and over again that exercise is the best antidepressant... I've tried everything from ages 16-23 and let me tell you that it's true. Nothing beats exercise.

This workout is amazing, people always used to compliment my figure when I did this and when I stopped doing the work out and started to loose muscle mass, people noticed. Definitely my favorite thigh workout!

I didn't think it was gonna work but after two weeks I noticed that I cannot wear my tight high waist jeans anymore because my hips became bigger (and more beautiful). I have been doing this workout four times a day and I assure you: this is worth your pain and sweat and even tears (edited) it's been more than six moths since i started doing this workout and let me tell you - i don't regret this. it's worth it.

I do a warmup with an athletic band and some glute bridges, then I do some walking lunges and Bulgarian squats, then I do this video. Girrrrrl my legs is dead, but I’m learning to love it. I can’t do weighted squats due to an injury, so this routine is working well for me. Have fun, guys!

This workout is one of my favourites because it was the one I could do when I was physically and mentally at my lowest - because it's so nice and short I could get myself to at least do this. Now I'm at a point where I can keep up with FitnessBlender's toughest, most exhausting workouts but without this one I don't think I would have even started!

You should use weights or machines to grow healthy, thick thighs. Don't forget to 'shock your muscles' go up and down on weights (Less weights, more reps. More weight, less reps) to help them develop more.
