Give your hands a boost of power! Follow along with Michelle, as we strengthen your fingers and thumbs with this 5 Minute Hand Strengthening Exercise Routine. That's a quick way to strengthen your hands!
All you need is a Flexbar and a Firm Ball.
We'll be doing 5 exercises, 1 minute each, including a relaxing cool down massage at the end. Repeat this video if you want to do the exercises on your other hand.

Love your videos, they are massively helping my wrist rehab after a bad Colles fracture to my dominant hand. I have also just been diagnosed with Dupuytren’s contracture in that hand and was wondering if you had any recommendations for managing that?

Hi. I love your videos. Can u share some exercises to reverse ulnar deviation due to arthritis of MCP joints. That would be really helpful for me and other RA patients facing the same issue.

I have no trouble in getting my thumb to touch little finger but I cannot get it to move in the opposite direction.

Thank you for this video. I would like to purchase a therapy ball but the Yoga Tune Up therapy ball is made of natural latex to which I'm allergic. Do you have a recommendation for an alternative? I might also need one that's a little larger.

If you need something that is a little larger than a tennis ball may be fine. It is slightly larger than the Yoga tune up all.

I was watching a couple of your Videos on Sunday about 9 O, clock one said use the squeeze ball , and the next one said don't use the ball, so which is right.

You may be referring to the trigger finger video where I say not to use the squeeze ball. But there are some instances when a firm ball can be a great way to increase hand strength. I don't have videos where I recommend a soft squeeze or squishy ball.
