doing this for 1 week. (I’ll edit this everyday) Day 1: It was alright Day 2: Better than yesterday Day 3: It was hard today because I did 4 of your 5 minute workouts before this one. Day:4 Easier than yesterday and starting to see some results!! My inner thighs definitely look slimmer! Day 5: Soo much easier, and I weighed myself this morning and I lost 3.2 lbs in 3 days by doing 6 of your 5 minute workouts everyday + a healthy diet! Day 6: woahhh this is getting so easy and I can really see the results!

Loved this thigh workout and was def trying to do weights with my arms and you're right, lol, it's not easy! If anyone wants to try someone similar, I just held the ten lb weight in the air while doing the thigh lifts. Still felt a little "extra." ❤️

doing this for one week day 1: done! omg this hurt lol day 2: done!! i’m so sore from volleyball so this is killer! day 3: done! i’m so excited to continue this. i’m already seeing some differences with the space between my legs. 🤩 day 4: took a break. volleyball is getting to me 😅

I love the outer thigh work out , but this one was a little tricky for me. I couldn’t really see the moves because it blended in with all of the black. It does burn, so hopefully I did it right! Thanks for sharing ❤️

Updating throught the week Starting thigh width, 23 in Day one, difficult but got through it. No change, good burn. Day two, alot harder, good burn but i had to take many breaks Day three, Forgot to update, uh. Only managed half of it for day three and now I feel like one of my legs is smaller them the other. Do the full work out guys

Hey girl! Consistency is key! While we can’t spot reduce, when you get your nutrition and workouts on point, your whole beautiful body will see results in those problem areas. When you fuel your body with the right nutrients you will have more energy to get those workouts in and build lean muscle which will burn excess fat. Remember, every BODY is different, so there's no set time that it will take, but with consistency you will definitely start to see those changes and this workout is a great one to help strengthen and tone those legs!

I remember being able to do this without breaks and not even panting, but I stopped working out for like a month and then when I came back to do this I can't HAHAH but it's fine. I can always regain my strength back

yep! for getting some good muscle burn going for sure. I would recommend supplementing with cardio as well.

I need helpi am a kind of fit 71 year old my husband had a stroke 6 months ago I am now a 24/7 care giver I am 5 feet 7 I was around 149 to 153 lbs. I lost 30 lbs in 6 months I know weight 123 to 125 Not fun my one knee gives out and the chiro puts it back she says I have no supporting muscles for my knees and both elbows have a small muscle I lift and move my husband about 30 gimes a day. Help I left him and or is wheel chair several times a day I figured it out I lifted 750 lbs in an hour and a half. Now I am not stoned enough to help him from wheelchair to tolet I will try this extercise group now
