❤ this seated workout. It’s my go to when I’m limited on time for my morning exercise. Thank you for this option. I’d enjoy other 5 min routines too. It’s perfect for my multiple sclerosis. Keep rocking your fitness channel. 😊

I needed a quick, doable workout for today, and I was looking for something new. I did this on my ball with a 15 lb. DB, and I'm definitely feeling it. I added 10 pushups at the end. I'm adding this to my list for when I'm short on time but need to move a little to start my day. Thanks!!

Thank you so much for this! I am 7 weeks post op from partial knee replacement at 28yrs and I’ve been so depressed not being able to move and sweat the way I was used to. After this workout, I am not absolutely dripping but it definitely was just the right amount of exertion needed to get my body moving as well as protect my knee. Thank you thank you thank youuuuu🙏
