Thank you lindsey, a few months ago i got into an accident while i was crossing the street and have an acl rupture, and chose not undergo surgery. The doctors suggest me not to further injured my knees. So i am unable to work out like i used to. I am so grateful for this workout

Really, I can make just about any workout what I need (chair, modified to make it work), but it is nice to have the trainer do it with you :) although I can't wait to be back to my usual workouts, I'm thankful to still be able to move and stay semi active ❤️

So thankful for your series of work out seated. I fell in the debris during hurricane Helene and our house was flooded out. It’s been tough times and this is help me keep moving. I have a broken kneecap and a brace praying no surgery - I will see you tomorrow :-)

I’m usually your biggest HIIT fan, but after attempting a box jump over Canadian thanksgiving (and slipping off of the cement table and smashing OPEN my leg over my shin bone) , I’m finding myself with a huge 18 stitch wound that is really impacting my life!!! I’m a cardio fanatic! I found out Wednesday I have a knee sprain that can only heal if I rest it. I immediately turned to NML and sure enough: you had a workout for me. I’ve done it every single day since then (it’s now Sunday) and it’s the only thing keeping me from sinking into a depression. I’ve tried it with light weights and a resistance band as well and I love it all. I’ve also enjoyed some of your other knee injury workouts. Really, I can’t thank you enough!!!

Most of the chair workouts I've found are too easy as I am a member of GHUTV and work out every day. I love these workouts you've done. Please do more. Hoping to be back on both feet before too long. This was a WORKOUT! I was breathless despite being seated. Recovering (day 4) from twisting my foot. Still swollen and tender but so much better. I think movement is KEY to recovering from anything and everything. Thank you for helping me to do just that.

I appreciate these workouts so much! I tore my meniscus a few months ago and was not a fan of working out prior to the injury. My sisters created a January challenge to work out everyday and these exercises allowed me to participate and feel stronger in my body even though my knee is injured. Thank you for this seared work out video. I twisted the foot. I basically misstep the bosu and strain my ankle. I am sad that i can not work out the way i was able to. Like you mentioned "30 minutes chair work out for bad or injured knees) there were not many good work out for seated ones that challenge enough for people like who work out intensely before injuries. Yours are great. Thank you for making those work out videos for people who can not stand with both feet on ground.

I'm adding this to my list for my seated cardio! I didn't have to adapt too much and got to focus on a few things I've wanted to! I cannot use leg at all and I had to shorten the movement a little because both of my shoulders are slightly injured and I'm doing active recovery. Thank you! Lyndsey!!! Would you make a program for lower body injuries!? I have been working out with you for the last few years. About a year ago I had a foot injury and my left arch fell in my foot. It has been a long healing and learning process finding out what I can do on this foot and knee. I've been doing a lot of your mat, low impact and seated workouts. I injured my knee on a hike. I couldn't do all the moves because of my hip flexor pain but I loved the punches and ways to get the heart rate up!

This was great - thank you so much. Sidelined by bad plantar fasciitis and then because of biking instead of walking, now have hip bursitis! This totally was doable and kept my heart rate up the entire time. Will definitely come back for more.
