It’s changing mine too. Not even a week into making this a daily practice and I’m already starting to feel like a different person. My physiology and mind. Things that would wind me up before and cause me to be cranky, don’t have so much of a hold. My body language is becoming naturally more open as I’m more relaxed, and I even feel a shift in the way strangers respond to me as a result. As someone who has had chronic generalised anxiety since at least a teen ( I’m 35 currently) , this is a miracle!The anxieties have not all gone , but I know they will if I go into this deeper and keep a consistent practice. My sympathetic nervous system had become my default , but today despite external factors, it’s remained mainly in parasympathetic, and I didn’t do any this morning before work, only around 3 times yesterday including before bed. Have just completed one now (11pm before bed ) and I’ll be sure to do a few sessions tomorrow. This is magic ! 🙏💪💯 so grateful , Sandy !
