I can’t wait to be able to walk. I had major back surgery so I’m still in pool therapy. I WILL walk some day!!!

Great reminder to warm up, even for a walk. I found your channel after listening to you on the Spine & Nerve Podcast. I've been dealing with lumbar spondylosis, or spondylolysis working with an orthopaedic surgeon at our local universities sports medicine clinic. I've been trying to work on reducing the pain and will be looking through some of your videos for inspiration. Thank you.
