This workout is absolutely very effective. Almost 2 weeks now & I can see it. At first I didn't believe this coz this looks like a warmup exercise. Although I add more to this. 15 pushups, 15 wide pushups & 20 incline pushups per day. Thank you very much & highly recommended to everyone!

This exercise is highly recommended, I am into my 14th day and I can clearly see the changes, I have lost some chest fat, I just followed this exercise. My hands are sore but I am going to continue doing this. I suggest everyone should do to, strictly follow the time of each reps as it will push you to the limit. Cheers everyone!

Let's do it together dude, I also started today, I'm doing this 1 time with some side crunches, plank, long arm crunches, cross arm crunches, 20 inclined push-ups and some more exercises. Day 2: I'm feeling a little great and and my chest giving me a packed feeling. Though there's no morphological change. Day 5: feels seriously good and packed and strong.

Update: 3 weeks in, doing this workout every day, 60 seconds per exercise, and I can say 100% this works and my chest looks better. Just wanted to give honest feedback. I'm surprised actually, works way better than I thought it would.

I go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and work out upper body seen nice changes but been doing this workout for about 2 months and no change 1 sometimes 2 times a day

Yeah because you can clearly see results after 7 days of "workout" haha. Man ive been working out for past 10 years, these are barely stretches rather than exercises, stop lying, noone sees a difference.

@@Puluslad maybe he started a low-carb, keto or simply cutting carbs and has lost some weight while doing this routine. Of course you would notice when you start adjusting to a new diet and lose some pounds.

This actually works! Im on day four and alreafy see progress. At first I hated this because it makes your shoulder burn but I’ve started doing multiple sets throughout the day. Thanks to other comments who helped inspire!

I do 100 push-ups every night and I do this right after for the past month. If you have a saggy chest or man boobs they won’t just disappear but you will 100% see results. Your chest will tighten and you will get stronger. Happy I found this💪

​@@_Khush_ bro meri baat man mere se pehle 5 pushups nhi hote the then I started with 5 and done it in different reps now I can do 10 in one rep and I do 10 reps that counts to hundred you don't need to do hundred at once you can do it in different reps 😊.

I will share my progression here. Day 1: Done! I was feeling pain in my shoulders and back. Day 2: Done! No change till now as expected. Day 3: Done! I can see some little changes now! But my chest hurts. Day 4: Done! Trust me I can already see some changes!!! Day 5: Done! Now I am getting bored from it but I wont stop. Day 6: Done! Still doing it. Day 7: Done! I can cofirm that it is sooo much better than day 1! Guys I am stopping here for now, if I need to do this again, ill update it

Gonna do this for next 2 weeks! Like the comment for me to update. 1st day- Felt the pressure in the targeted areas. Heard some bones cracking. 2nd day- Felt my arms to be sore. Mainly cause I went to the gym as well. But, no visible changes. 3rd day- Felt very good. Sweated more than the last 2 days. No visible changes though. 4th day- Felt more pressure on the chest area and sweated comparatively more. No noticeable changes. 5th day- Sweated. Felt the pressure. Noticing a little change while wearing my clothes! 6th day- I can notice visible changes compared to before. These exercises are targeting the right portion of body. 7th day- People around me noticing changes. Doesn’t feel weird to wear tight clothes anymore. 8th day- Yep! Definitely noticing changes. The targeted portion is starting to tighten. Definitely recommend this workout! 9th day- Sorry for late update! Was kinda busy. But, I must say this portion of my body completely changed compared to day 1. I would recommend you all to change your diet as well. 10th day- Growing my triceps and biceps as well. Let’s go kings! 11th day- I didn’t notice this before but my biceps got also bigger than before. All in all, feeling very positive!

I have done it for 8 days with some pushups everyday and now I can see that I have lost about 30 -40 % of my chest it really works . But also if anyone tries to make joke of your chest size let them say just ignore them . The world will always try to find your weakness . You should maintain your self confidence as it's not your fault

I read all the comments and decided to try it myself: Will keep you guys updated hopefully until 14 days. Day 1: I really felt it on my shoulders and chest. It hurt kinda afterwards but mainly because i did it at night. I was very motivated to do it. Day 2: I did this twice in one day. It hurt more and got harder but the thought of the difference got me motivated. So far i cant see the difference but i hope after a week it will be visible. Day 3 (Morning): Once i woke up i got fresh and tried to do the workout but after a few arm rotations my shoulders hurt and my chest also. I decided to simply do 2x a day as i also have school in the mornings. Will come back at night. I did in fact do another workout in the night which i was barely able to do. Day 4: Not as hard anymore. Didn't feel the burn at all this time. Also im still not seeing any difference. Just a tip: Make sure to really squeeze you chest during the excercise otherwise it wont activate. Day 6: I skipped day 5 because i had to study for an exam but on day 6 i did 2 sets of the workout. It maybe helped, as before i wasnt feeling it. Tomorrow i might add some pushups to the workout. So far no difference.

Started this last Sunday and took a pic. Did 2 sets everyday. I also got a resistance band to do a little workout with that and have been doing some incline push-ups. Took another pic today and there is definitely a loss of chest fat. If you want to lose it you certainly can but you have to keep at it and you can’t continue eating junk all day. Give it a week and take a pic when you start and a week later. Once you see a little bit of a result it should keep you motivated to keep going.

This workout was absolutely wonderful for me but I added a few dumbell exercises to it. I started with 2 sets the first 3 days then upped it to 3 sets for days 4 thru 6 then 4 sets for days 7 thru 10. Days 11 thru 15 was at 5 sets cause I felt so good. I had read the comments before I started that's why I added some dumbells and also no soda or candy. Drank alot of water and took 1000mg of vitamin C for an energy rush. I was absolutely thrilled with the results.

Im gonna do this every day for 2 weeks and i will keep yall updated (update its 4 weeks now) Day 1: it really burned and made my body itch crazy. I also heard a lot of cracking from my bones lets see how this goes Day 2: no visible changes yet still loads of itches but less cracking Day 3: I must say, today was very hard. I didnt have excitement and my arms were very lazy. It didnt stop me from doing the workout tho. Still a lot of itching and cracking but the first visible changes have appeared: the chest has gotten smaller and veins are appearing! Day 4: no changes at all sadly, for the past few years i ate too much so i doubt i can make a difference in 2 weeks. Day 5: today i got into a small accident making my left arm a bit weaker, but that didnt stop me from doing the exercises. Yesterday i got a tip from a very nice guy so i will do that to. The tip is that if you stop eating unneeded sugar it will work faster. Today i saw a few changes, my chest got less fat and some extra veins appearing. Day 6: today went very good! My arms are getting stronger and im seeing even less fat in my body. Im am very excited for day 14 but i do think i have to extend to a month maybe to make everything gone. Day 7: sorry this one was a bit later. Today went very good, my arms are stronger my chest losing fat and overall just doing great! There is still a lot of fat that I need to lose but I'm sure in a month I have lost ¼ of the fat. Day 8: today went very well and lost some more fat, the exercises are getting easier by the day! Day 9: today also went very well, no fat loss that i can see but my muscles have grown. We are getting closer to 2 weeks! Day 10: today everything was very easy. Bc i dont eat sugar anymore im also losing some fat. 4 more days! Day 11: today some extra fat loss. There are no more big changes so less to talk about. 3 more days! Day 12: the progress is going great! Right now im at stage 2 (the picture of the video) so i think after a month we'll see more of stage 1. I dont think im gonna keep you updated every day for 1 month (bc it was supposed to be 2 weeks) but probably Day 21 and 28. 2 more days! Day 13: today just a basic workout. Nothing special happend. 1 more Day! Day 14: today was the final Day. I didnt get the perfect chest but it definetly halfed in size. Im very happy with what i recieved but as i said, i dont have the perfect chest so i will continue for 2 more weeks. I wont tell every day but i will on Day 21 and 28.

on day 4 currently... I feel great and I'm doing this 3 times each workout... i think i see progress. Will keep everyone updated. ***Day 7 and i definitely see progress. I feel I'm improving on my shoulders as well. I'm doing this about 2-3 times a day. With one rest day i took yesterday. Just finished my workout right now:) Edit: I'm on day 16 or 17 right now. i see visible changes. It's proving to be effective. I'm doing other exercises with it as well now.

Day 2 and yes I can feel the beginning of change.. Will keep on updating. I was 106 kg before 23 days. And today I am 100..just by diet and walking around 4-5 kms every morning and evening.. But my goal is to reach 80 kgs.. so I think only walking is not enough now. I should also do target specific excercise for belly and men boobs... Wish me good luck.❤️

Hello, I want to comment here just to document my progress because I don't have anyone to share it with. I have a lot of medical issues that have prevented me from keeping in shape for over 7 years. I am still unable to lift wights, do anything too strenuous, or workouts like pushups and sit ups because there is too much head movement. When I first saw this video I didn't think it would work but all of the comments said otherwise so here I am, trying it out and giving it a shot. It is day 2 for me and I haven't seen progress (obviously) but I feel so much better already! Thank you so much for making this video as it was hard to find something that I was actually able to do.

@dreadtrix6425 well this is embarrassing, I had completely forgotten about this... I did the workouts for a little over a month. I saw real improvements. However, I stopped because I just got swamped with work and I kept skipping until I forgot about it. I'm glad you commented, now that I have more time I wil definitely pick this back up! In just a few words you have inspired me to get back on the horse and get back to work. Thanks. If you want, you can come back in a week and I will have written another workout rant. Thanks 😊

I am back, I have done this for 6 days now, (I skipped 1 day) but I feel good. I can't notice any body shape difference but I honestly feel better. I don't care if it is placebo or actually working but I really do feel better after doing this. I will continue to update.

I just started these excersizes yesterday. Im 6'5" and 258 pounds. Built similar to Vince Vaughn. My goal is to tighten up chest and stomach and drop 40 pounds. Im using 3 pound dumbells in each hand to start, and I'll go to 5 pounds next week. I'll report back after 30 days and let you know how it goes. There's another 20 minute work out video like this, also from Gainz, and I may do that at night, right before my shower. ✌️

Well, I missed yesterday's exercise due to my laziness, but started up again this morning. I'm going to use a dry erase board to help my progress and to remind me to keep at it. I'll create a simple graph with how many days I'm at it and include weight changes. Something that might help others, get a scale that will show previous weight. It's kind of an incentive. I've read that the BMI scales are not very accurate, so save your money on that type. Also, I have fattening food still in my fridge. Instead of th4owing it in the trash, I'll eat it in smaller portions until it's gone, or expired. Good luck to everyone. ✌️

Still doing my exercises. I missed the 28th and 29th, again due to laziness. But, I'm going to bump it up to twice a day for the next week. I dont notice any difference in appearance yet, but as of this morning, I'm actually starting to feel muscle groups working. I can feel where and what muscles are being worked. Those areas are upper chest/shoulder area. The back muscles that I feel most are called latissimus dorsi (yes, I had to google that). So overall, I am happy with this short workout and you actually feel better after a rep.

My weight was 119 kg but i worked really hard and now i am at 98 kg as of today, i mainly do cardio and focus on my diet, but i have man boobs and that is not decreasing i will now include this exercise in my workout and will keep inform you weekly

I’ve been doing this for a little over two weeks and I haven’t seen any significant changes. I’m even doing them for longer increments. I’m considering adding weights or like most of the comments I’ve read on here, adding additional exercises.

I'm 96 kg I never wore a tshirt I felt embarrassed wearing a tshirt I've been doing this exercise for almost 2 weeks and now I'm wearing a tshirt. Day 1- I really felt the burn, I decided to do two reps everyday until I don't feel it anymore. I really feel like this will help. Day 2- Boy did I feel the burn, once again I did two reps. I really struggled today and almost gave up. But i pushed through both of the reps. Keep going guys!

Hey guys, i will be doing this every day, and tell you the progress, as i need motivation :) Day 1: It felt very good to do these exercises, some of them felt unnessary tho but its ok, cant see any progress but thats normal, i will do it again tommorow and give you more updates! Day 2: That felt super refreshing, again some of them felt unnessesary but that was incredible, I cant tell if i lost some or not, but i feel like i did. and its only been 2 days! Im definitely continuing this! Day 3: Even tho i kinda've slipped on my diet today, and ate 3 Icecream bars because i was super tired, i can actually feell that my moobs have decreased in size, im so happy, and thank you all for the motivation, i didn't wanna do this today, but seeing your positive comments puhed me to continue, Hopefully by Day 30, i would have no moobs at all. Day 4 (PART 1): Today was actually super good, i felt a little bit of pain but thats it, so today i will do this 2 times to day. my chest is i think gotten smaller im sure, hard to spot it but im sure it got smaller. Also thasnk you all so much for the moticvation and support :D

These are good calisthenics for just about anyone at any age. And if done regularly you will see results. You don't have to be a muscle monster to be fit. In the long run lifting heavy weights can do alot of damage, and this kind of exercise can get your heart rate up enough to burn calories and be aerobic. Good stuff!👍

@@arigatou3366 You would probably be best off getting a reply from the channel that demonstrates these exercises, or show the video to your doctor or at least a gym teacher in school. A personal trainer could probably answer your question as well. I don't know you and your physical condition. But I started working out pretty hard when I was a little younger than you. Kept it going all through high school right through my mid 20s, then my life changed due to a catastrophic sickness in the family, so I didn't exercise for a long time. I got back into working out on and off over the years and worked very difficult, physically challenging jobs that made up for not working out. I'm getting old now, close to 70 but got back into exercising seriously about 2 years ago. I can tell you that lifting heavy weights can do alot of damage to your skeleton and joints at your age. You are still growing and developing. Some parts of the body are still cartilage that will eventually become bone. If you put too much weight on your spine or stress your wrists you can end up with damage like degenerative spine or carpal tunnel syndrome. My advice, for what it's worth, would be get some good advice from a trusted physical fitness professional. But if you don't, jogging, bicycling and swimming can be good for building endurance. I do a boxing workout as I used to spar with a friend in my 20s who became pro. I got the boxing workout bug and it's a really good workout. You can do all sorts of light calisthenics and then hit the heavy bag for a few rounds. It really builds endurance. But don't spar and get punched around. When I was young and was working out in high school, everything I did was sports specific - track, wrestling and football. And I really got into weights, lifting very heavy stuff. I got super strong, but I have alot of arthritis as a result. Anyway, in my opinion, the exercises I saw seemed very light and appropriate for a young person. Calisthenics can build strength and endurance, and seem alot less damaging to the body. At least they are for me. I hope that helps. Above all, do workouts that are SAFE for you and focus on proper form when doing any exercise to avoid injury. I wish someone had told me this 50 years ago. God bless.🙏

By the way, my last reply to you was long because I just wanted you to be aware of the potential for injury if you do exercises that aren't good for you. I don't know your physical condition, state of health and so on. It would be irresponsible of me to say you can do these exercises without any problems. I can do these, and I still workout fairly hard for my age and physical disabilities. But I don't know your state of health so I can't judge. To me these exercises look very mild like almost anyone can do them, and you could incorporate more exercises for a full body workout. But again, I can't recommend that you do them. You know your state of health, and I think asking your parents if they think you could do these exercises might the best way to go. Best of luck!👍

😮Day 1: I did this three times and throughout the day I did a good few pushups (dif types). My arm slightly hurt. I saw no difference but I felt it in my chest size Day 2: just completed this three times (2 times in the morning and one in the evening. My arms are killing me. Like yesterday i did a variety of pushups throughout the day. im starting to see a difference and I'm so glad rn but my arms tho lol Day 3: i did the workout 5 times today. My arms arent acheing that much and im not as tired as the other days. I can really tell that this video is effective cuz i can act see a difference in just 3 days. Day 4: only did this two times cuz i have a flight today. No visible change. Day 5: My arms are really sore but I can defo see a difference Day 6: my body aches but that might be from playing badminton. A lot of the lines under my moobs are starting to fade. Day 7: its been a week and i can see a significant difference Also this workout helped me improve my posture cuz I no longer have to hunch my shoulders and hear my family telling me to stand straight I will update tmr

I will Report every day . 1st day i feel nothing like i think its very easy so there is no outcome but 2nd day when i did this 5 minuted workout 2 times in a day than next day i feel pain in my shoulder and chest and my chest looks bitter smoother coz fat burn easily when your skin will become smooth , i think this is amazing excerise. Hi all, I'm a 5'9 male, 97kilos now. Started today, I'm planning 2 sets of these and 60 seconds plank. Every 3rd day I'll add one more set. After day 6 I'm thinking to add push ups too. I will update every 3rd day. Let's see what changes in 45 days. Wish me luck.

I've been doing this almost every day (3 sets per day) for over a month plus dumbell exercises. And it's made a difference. The wall push ups when your hands are positioned correctly so you focus on your chest muscle is very effective imo. Diet is essential - cut out all garbage processed fatty food. Lean meat, lean meals and also walk/run 2 or 3 miles a day.

Day 1 : Completed 2 Sets Day 2 : Completed 2 Sets ( Feeling a very little pain while touching the right chest) Day 3 : Completed 2 sets but will do 2 more in the evening. ( Feeling a little tightness while touching the upper chest area! But no visible changes found till now. Its just 3 days, so lets see) Day 4 : Completed 2 sets. No changes seen for now. Day 5 : 2 sets. No changes. Day 6 : 2 sets. No changes seen. Day 7 : No Changes. I think this only will not work. Will have to do other things too

I decided to give this a try because I have wrist issues and not able to use weights or any of the machines at the gym. I started on 5/9 and after 7 days (5/15) I could see a small change. I bypassed the Wall Pulses because of my wrist issues. My workout includes 3 set of 20 for the other 4 with a couple of seconds rest in between sets. I’m doing the workout twice a day. I don’t think you will get the results you want with only a 45 second daily workout in 14 days. Actually, I’m sure I won’t get the results I want in 14 days. But, if it take longer, I’m good with that as long as I’m seeing results. Thanks for the video!!!!!

I'mma give this a shot! 2-3 times per day, (morning, noon, night) with regularly scheduled non-max benchpresses Me: 25, 180ish lbs. I'm not what I'd consider skinny or fat and I actually have a somewhat muscular silhouette but my body still carries a bit of fat, and while proportioned pretty decently my chest has always been a point of self consciousness even at younger ages and ligher weights. Now that I've fully matured I finally feel ready to try and do something about it. I'll be leaving updates throughout the week, wish me luck boys 💪🏽

Day 1: While excicuting I definitely feel it in my arms and back but by the 3rd set and regular bench, I definitely felt something in my chest, shoulders, and a bit in my back as well. Definitely gonna be keeping this going

Day 2: my chest is actually quite sore now, I'll say as a tip for the other people trying this out, (and it might go without saying) but you have to do these exercises with your chest as the primary muscle group being engaged, (so you cant just throw your arms around and expect this to work lol, you gotta engage) also if you're feeling it in your back, try adjusting your form because you may be doing them wrong. Also when doing the flys and crossovers be sure to really *squeeze* cause you wanna feel that burn in both sides of your chest as equally as possible

Okay I tried this for a while and decided to come back and give some feedback for some of you that is still hesitating to try this. First of all, this definitely works. However, everyone is different in their own problems, myself for example, this worked for me for like a month and I couldn’t see any progress from there. After doing some research, I found out that in order to have a chest that I want, there are two things I have to do: 1. Grow chest muscle 2. Lose body fat. Simple as that. Now as for this video, I would consider it as a way to activate your chest muscle, to really grow it however, it takes more for me. I use dumbbells to train my chest muscle once every two days and focus a little bit on the upper part. On top of it, I do some cardio on the days between my dumbbell workouts and started a not so strict diet. After doing those for two month, obviously I still don’t have a chest like freaking Arnold or something like that, but at least now I can confidently wear a t-shirt when I go out without put on an extra shirt to cover my chest.

@@renosanceisdead7365 I do incline bench press and low-high flys with dumbbells. These are two of the best training I found to do at home. I don’t even have a bench I just sit on a chair and adjust my posture to recreate that incline position. If you are interested in doing that though, I would suggest you to be careful with your lower back and neck since you won’t get any support for those areas without an actual bench.

I forgot to comment my progress, but Im already in day 8. Days 1-7 are actually great you can already tell that it is working. Day 8 - did 3 reps and don’t feel that exhausted so I might do 4 reps tommorow. And i feel it getting smaller. Day 9 - As I said, I’ll be doing 4 reps. This time I feel kinda exhausted, but to be honest, it feels great! Day 10- Nothing much. Same as yesterday, 4 reps. Day 11- I tried doing reps 5, it went well! I suggest you guys to step up the reps every 2 days unti you reach 5 reps but I am not forcing you to do it, only if you want to. (Will be keeping this updated, FOR REAL!)

I will start each day doing this exercise and will let you know the results and changes: Day 1: There was only a slight chest tightening, but I hope to make many more changes in the coming days day 30 : Sorry I didn't update you with all the changes but I've been doing them almost every day and my boobs have really gotten quite small but I'm not completely satisfied with the end result so I'll continue for another month day 31 : I am very happy because I got to know this video I will really continue 👍🏻 The results are great but I want more results

Keeping track of this for 14 days, lets see what happens 😂 Day 1: Just did 1 set of this and I am feeling really good! My chest is a little sore but I am overall happy with this, I’m just hoping to keep up with this. Day 2: Eating less calories to lose weight which should help the process, I also threw in a couple of extra excersizes outside of this. Did 2 sets today, feeling pretty good.

3 weeks in and I am starting to notice a difference. I'm in poor health. I have a bad heart (pace maker) and have kidney failure. The extent of my physical activity is walking 1/2 mile a day and doing these exercises.I take a 30 second break between each exercise. I will continue doing this workout as long as I am able. It's going to take a lot longer than the 14 days. Even 14 weeks might not be enough. We'll see.

Day 1: Did the exercise yesterday My pecs feel so tight💀💀 Day 2: Did the exercise twice and added 20 incline Pushups, 15 regular Pushups, 20 wide pushups I feel great this workout has been helping a lot even though I started yesterday 💪🏾💪🏾👍🏾 YOU CAN DO IT BOYSSSSS DONT GIVE UP I will stay updating throughout everyday. Sorry it took me so long to respond guys I am on my fifth day and I can see a difference. I can tell that my chest is slowly going down and it’s not as puffy as when I started this exercise. I can tell that my bench increased I can now start repping two 45s and a 10 on each side. To all the new people I definitely recommend this exercise if you’re trying to build muscle and get rid of Gynecomastia.

Hi Guys, im doing this on the daily, will update!! (Already did 2 days). Im currently 154.5 KG, dont know the conversion in pounds. As a side note, im under a strict low calerie diet and currently doing cardio excercise everyday. Day 1: 2 sets - Did not feel tightness (, but arms felt a bit sore. Mind i did dumbelss workout for the chest area. Did a 45 minute walk on top. No visible changes yet. Day 2: 2 sets - Felt tightness in the chest this time, arms dont feel that sore (can be from yesterday workout). Did arms workouts with dumbells and i will do a 1hr walk at the night. No visible changes yet. Day 3: 2 sets- Felt tightness again in the chest, arms feel a bit more sore but its manageable. Did leg workout as well and planning again to do a 1hr walk or to jog for 30 minutes. As for the changes, im starting to see my chest a bit smaller (not that much). Mind that staying hydrated, having a healthy diet (im on low carbs) and excercising is helping me out on this journey. Will keep updating!!

@@thegoattuffguy Hi! I stopped updating but i remained doing this twice a day. Ive dropped 6KG and can see some physics changes. My advice? Do this 2 sets a day, do cardio 6 days a week (dont go ham, go for a walk first), excercise with dumbells (mainly chest and arms) 3 to 4 times a week and go on a low calorie diet. This video by itself wont work, its mainly what you eat (reduce carbs and sugar) and how much energy you can spend during the day. To my understanding, 10k steps a day its really healthy. There is no shortcust, just dedication. You got this!!

::Goal to do this for 100 day's straight (Discipline if i miss a day will be picking a comment for what exercise i should do and how many of them i should do):: Day 1: Was a struggle, had some sweat,, chest fleyse were the hardest, but don't give up suffer with it, after doing it so much you'll thank yourself. Day 2: no difference of course day 2nd, was able to do it, but sore in arm area. Day 3: no difference, still sore, felt harder on day 3 but like day 1 gotta suffer. Day 4: not that hard to be honest no difference, just lil bit of soreness. Day 5: not sore no more, started upping the exercise's today i did 70 of each of these workouts, (still no difference, just 2 pound's of weight loss) watching diet, Tomorrow will be my last major dinner, usually skipping breakfast and lunch for this so that i won't gain, then burning it off at night. Day 6: no change, didn't do dinner yesterday, dropped 1 pound, exercises are beginning to be easier, Light work, keep moving to anyone who see's this. Day 7: they got a little bit smaller prob like couple cm's off, but workout just get's easier, also (added a goal). Day 8: was the hardest but not because of the exercises, but by the amount of sadness in summer, shirt's and the mental part of not being able to go out in public comfortably, almost didn't do it today but then remember the goal. Day 9: easy, kinda seeing result's but not really because i need to work on my diet, but i can kinda tell.

Just started doing this workout for chest, i do legs and back also, trying 7 days in a week, if cant and need rest ill do 5-6. About this chest workout i do it 2-3 times per day and i do 2 sets of it each time. Im still on day 1 but trying to progress. I started eating more healthy to gain and yea. Im 13, wish me luck!

Ok I’m going to do this, planning on doing it 3 times a day, once in morning, then midday, then before bed. I will give updates here everyday for anyone who wants to know if it works. Am in a calorie deficit as well. Day 1: I did all 3 sets at the time I wanted to. Obviously it’s just the first day so no changes yet. Hoping the first day is the hardest. Day 2: I did all 3 sets again. It was a bit easier but I was less motivated. I’m still going to continue and see if there’s progress after 2 weeks. Day 3: It’s easy now, I can do the whole workout in one go. I’ve seen other comments saying they saw change after 2 days which is a bit demotivating because I’m yet to see anything, but with patience comes rewards. Day 4: Finding it way more enjoyable. Its started to become routine and even though I don’t see any results, I think I can feel it. Only 4 days in so I will continue until I’m happy. Day 5: No longer break a sweat when completing it. It feels like it’s working but I’m not sure If i see results, too early to tell. Thinking of doing 5 sets a day. Definitely routine now though. Day 6: It’s almost become fun now. I’ve decided instead of doing more sets I’m just going to do my 3 sets, 3 times longer. So instead of 45 seconds, 2 minutes. My chest does feel flatter but there’s no clear visible proof. Day 7: 1 week complete!! I did my 3 sets all over 10 minutes and it was tough but I have hope it will work. I feel healthier and it’s quite enjoyable tbh. As for progress, I will see tomorrow and compare before and after photos. Day 8: We’re now on the second week so the levels are up. I’ve extended the workouts to 2 minutes each so it’s 10 minutes a set, and continuing my routine it is 30 min a day. I can feel the improvement and the photos show slight progress. Very happy. Very motivated. Day 9: My worst day yet for calorie intake and I missed a set. Not going to slack anymore, more strict calorie deficit and adhering to 3 sets a day. There is improvement and it is consistent. Day 10: Can’t believe I’ve reached 10 days. Have done my sets today and been good w calroie deficit. There is definite progress, not much, but its there! Going to work to two weeks then make further plans. Day 11: I can clearly see the change! This method does work and I can’t wait to finish two weeks to review the progress. I do feel like I’m getting burn out but I will adjust my sets accordingly so I’m pushing myself without stopping entirely, Day 12: Now it’s just about being consistent and upping the levels. I want to start going to the gym / going on runs. This exercise helps you feel more confident- it’s just seeing results is a slow process. Day 13: Shockingly, I can do 3 ten minute sets a day without stress. I feel much more active and I think I’m ready to start doing more work. In terms of progress, there’s nothing drastic but I can see and feel it, but it’s definitely a slow burner. Day 14: That’s it. I achieved my goal. Today was easier and now I think I’m ready to go above and beyond. Will take photos tomorrow and compare from the first day, then make a comment about whether the video is truthful or not. AFTER 2 WEEKS: There we go! I completed it, with a calorie deficit and I can confidently say that this video is clickbait. No, you won’t see crazy progress after 2 weeks. However, there is evidence of some progress. I feel it’s better as a gateway into working more and doing it consistently over time. Maybe 2-3 months I imagine. That’s my experience anyway. I am now going to start going to the gym and have began going on runs. Not sure if I’ll keep doing updates. But that’s my experience for following this exercise over two weeks 👍

I started on August 13, It has been Five days. I do not see any major change yet, but I will update on the 27th and mention if I see changes. To this routine, I have added wide push ups 20 (girl version). I do this twice a day. I am also cutting calories. I have dropped 2 - 3 pounds. I also walk roughly 6 hours a day (walking treadmill desk). With all that said, best of luck gentlemen!

Update August 19: After roughly 7 days I am unsure If I see any change. I think I do, or its mostly a placebo. However, I know for a fact that I am getting stronger specially with push ups. They feel easier and I am building resistance towards them. I am also amazed at how when I do this exercises I feel my shoulders burn a lot more than my chest. Regardless will keep on until the 27th.

Update August 20: When doing arm cross overs and Chest Flyes, try to do them at different angles. I usually do it like the video at shoulder height. However, from some research I found out that targeting all the parts of the chest is far more effective. I am currently doing this exercises with a down angle, and man I feel the squeeze a lot more!

Final Day: I have completed the two-week Challenge. I want to mention the following: I have lost roughly 8 - 9 pounds. My weight loss is primarily due to significant diet changes, such as reducing the total carbs and only indulging in one type of carb. Results: I am in better shape, and my whole chest looks slimmer, but I am not where I want to be. This video is an excellent introduction to building chess muscles and shoulders but will not get you dream results in two weeks. I am, however, encouraged to continue my weight loss journey. I want to drop roughly 12 more pounds. I may continue this routine but with some weights. My primary focus, however, is shifting to push-ups. Good luck, gentlemen!

Day one of this exercise😁I do weights, and alternate between an ab and thigh workout. Wanted to add something to focus on the moobies. Will update as I go!

listen, ive done this for a total of 10 days already, and it truly does work but its not only this that you have to do but if not you have to add more, calorie deficit, more chest workouts, do normal ones with dumbells at inclines, and do a lot of physical activity. This has mostly worked for me because im on an extreme calorie deficit which consists of 1200 calories per day (not a lot ik) plus im varsity tennis and I feel fully more confident about my body. Hope this can help another person out.

Did this twice a day for a month and i noticed a difference. A moderate difference but definitely improved my chest area. I also have been dieting along with this and lost 8 pounds.

Highly recommend this to anyone trying to tighten up their chest. Obviously you’ll need to really workout as well, but add in push-ups and this every night and you’ll see results and few much better!

@@lonelyarchives6499 i mean, certainly not in 2 weeks. But it helped me improve posture, relieved a lot of back pain and build some upper body strength. I'm almost two months in and it's pretty good. I do recommend it, specially if you add some other excercise routines like jogging, and if you have a good diet

Hello everyone I just started today 29/7/2024 and I’ll update you daily for 3 months I am 190 CM tall and I weight 105 KG I suffer from fat chest or lam boobs and I’ve been this way since I was 11 and now I’m 24 soon to be 25, I lost man boobs before 3 years ago when I used to workout alot, so yeah it’s possible. Day1: I felt alot of pain in my shoulders but this is very natural, I couldn’t keep up more when I reached CHEST FLIES. so it’s really normal. After the exercise, my chest and should were bumped and sore.
