I did this for 7 days, 3 times each day. Lost about a kg, didn't quite give me a flat belly, but i wasn't really expecting that in a week. Maybe if I continue if for a month, it may give better results. It's a good workout for beginners though.👍

i do 3 exercises n 25 situps a day. one of those exercises being this one, if im being completely honest i do not feel much after this workout and its getting demotivating. i dont know but maybe this will workout better for other people. i still will try, good luckck

DAY1- DONE✅ (3 sets) (Experience- arms were paining, legs were paining idk maybe of just sitting and no exercise beacuz of lockdown) (Diet- normal) Day -8 I lost 2.3kg ofc diet matters too it works

In the morning i eat only1 toast of bread in afternoon i eat a half white rice and i eat slowly so my brain can stop me eating in evening i eat just like in afternoon and workout of course it got me a 4 pack abbs and loses 7kg
