guys this is really working! ive been doing this for about a week now, and my collarbone is more visible its ever been. i will continue more, but im obsessed with by collarbone already! remember its different for everyone, some ppl get results faster and others slower. be patient!

I play tennis and I do this before and after and it’s helped a lot with my shoulder pain as well as a less stiff swing. I’m not the thinnest person either, but my collar bone has definitely seen improvement!!

It really works . I used to do other collerbone exercises which was longer than this for 3 weeks but i saw no progress so i started this one and i started seeing some progress in just a week . I stopped for a few months and my collerbone is disappearing so I'm here again 😂

Hii!! I was really insecure about my uper body, I had really mans shoulders. Even tho I'm skinny, my uper body was just so big! I tried A LOT of streches for my neck, and I have to say, this is one of the best ones!!! I've seen changes even after 3 days of doing this! I love this, ITS SUPER WORTH IT LADIES

If you need to hear this,that definitely works. I did thid last summer and im still doing ot sometimes if i want to define my collarbone even more. Im skinny but my collarbone wasn't very visible and this worked !! Before my collarbone was visible only at like the end of my shoulders if that makes sense and now it goes from the very start of the bone,if u understand what i mean. But it definitely works!!

Day 1: done and dusted my shoulders hurt but I have done another collarbone workout which also could contribute to my shoulders Day 2: it does work, however I did it a bit wrong and worked my left shoulder more than my right so now my left looks way better and somehow it looks longer in length too!

Day 1. ✓ Day 2. ✓ Day 3. ✓ ( can slightly see the changes ) Day 4. ✓. Day 5 . × ( Took break ) Day 6. ✓ Okay, the collar bone pops up slightly after a week... ! And it hurts but it'll be fine in no time. Day 7. ✓ Day 8 . ✓ Day 9. ✓ Day 10. ✓ ( the collar bone Elevates perfectly , but I guess it'll take few more days to see the end result ) Day 11. ×. I'm on my periods... I'm dying Day 12..× . Day 13.. ✓ ( collar bone seems to slightly prominent than before ) Day 14 . ✓ Day 15. ✓ Day 16. ✓ ( it definitely is working but not yet there... I'll keep going ) Day 17 . ✓ Day 18. ✓ ( this works , I have exams now... I'll come back after two weeks .. ) ... Even if you take breaks, it'll be fine.. just keep going... this kind of exercise is good too for the person who have a back problem and cervical problem?

This particular exercise should have no or minor impact on the lower back. But always approach any exercise with caution and gradually build your endurance. To give you some reference, I am 47 years old now, and I had a pretty severe back problem and cervical surgery in my late 30s due to childbirth and long time sitting. The consistent exercises are what helped me get rid of those pains completely and keep me flexible as I get older. Our body is like the machine. You don't use it you lose it. Hope it helps:-).

Doing this every day for 2 weeks Day 1🍓: every easy since I have been doing this off and on. Day 2🧸: it was kinda hard I also had to stop and take some breaks but I did see some differences my hips here are kinda full. Day 3🌷: it burn a lot and I didn't have to take any breaks.

Day 1- it wasn’t really that painful but it was relaxing to do!:) Day 2- my neck was hurting but overall this exercise was nice to do, no changes yet! Day 3-my right shoulder was hurting as well as my neck but again this exercise was really good!! Still no changes. Day 4- Edit: guys I’m sorry I haven’t updated for a while I haven’t really seen any changes from this video so I found another video and my shoulder has changed within 3 days!!
