Sir i m a Dr by profession and i m having spinal stenosis from last 4 yr but now i m fully recovered from all symptoms like L.B.A and Bowl bladder incontinence numbness in left gluteal region nad left scrotum in 1 yr was of 81 kg now 76 kg and my waist was 34 now 32 but bich bich me backpain a jata hai please tell me some diet plan for my weight lose n fat lose also which exercise i shouldn't perform

You need to take more protein with low fats and normal amount of carbs according to your body and with hard work you can achieve your goals Main thing is diet don't underestimate it Good luck
