Hi Carey, when I feel anxious and I noticed that what helps me is either getting outside and observing my environment or some physical activity like biking or hiking. Also listening to classical music or any other music that my brain responds to in the moment. Thank you so much for these tips! I am going to try something from what you have suggested.
