Nice recipes! One suggestion - pl do not throw away soaked cereal water. It's useful for house plants as well as for cooling. That water too has nutritional value.

U r truely a very hard work women.. I know All thse recipes takes so much time but u show us very easy, interesting , tastiest and in a healthier, and specially in an indian way.. Remember urad dal in idli batter once fermented, takes 18 hours for digestion as per ayurveda.It is suggested by naturopaths to use the batter before fermentation.

Hey Gunjan Thank you for always sharing wonderful tips and knowledge for us all. I have a small request. Can you please make a video on binge eating disorder too? I usually suffer from this (3-4 times a month) when I’m emotional, stressed out and upset. I eat even when I am not hungry. It feels good for some time but I get even more stressed out and demotivated once I realize the portion I just finished. Is it common to over eat when period is approaching? Is it common to binge eat when one is not emotionally stable? If not, is there any way to prevent this from happening?

I would really request you to please talk to a doctor about this. It’s is quite alright to eat extra during PMS or periods. I would request you to not depend on internet to self diagnose or treatment of any disorder of any kind.

Heyyy, you are amazing. I am an event planner and keeps on travelling due to which my weight also got increased, i have started taking good diet from August and i have reduced 8 kgs but i need to reduce 8 kgs more but that is not possible during my events and i cant cook to during travelling, my schedule is very hectic i hardly get sleep of 6 hours during that time i cant do exercise or cooking and even the time of having meals is very inappropriate can you pls suggest how can I maintain or loose weight during events or any dry food which i can consume and carry during events?
