I never comment on videos but I must for this. I started my glutenjourney when I was 19 years old, as I was very flat and wanted some curves. At the beginning it took a long while to build my glute muscles and I did weight training and hardcore workouts. In 2022 I had some health issues and hadn't been to the gym for a long time. I wasn't as flat as I was at 19, but I lost much of the muscle mass. I wanted to ease back into working out to prevent strain, and I started with these videos by Ivana. After doing this workout only twice I saw results! I'm not sure if I was targeting my glutes correctly before in the gym, or watching the correct videos. But these butt workouts, especially this one, gets you the results. I love working out in a gym and working up a hard sweat, but it's also nice to be able to do this workout and see results without putting in hours of work outs and obtaining slow results. The key to this is really focusing on activating your glutes, so focus! Don't do the exercises sloppily, and have good form. You will see results. Thank you Ivana!

Way back 2015 I was really physically active. I’m active in gym. I can split squat with bar and weight’s. But there was a time I stopped and seems it’s really hard to go back. It seems I’m back to zero if I start again. Until now I’m having hard time to go back.. I miss my old self.. the energy I had before. 😢 I was also very flexible before. But now It hurt’s to reach my toes..

@Anjani Mehrotra I haven’t tried weights but based on my experience and having a flat butt 🙈. Not just my mum but now, some of my friends noticed that I got rounder and bigger butt, and my legs got bigger too. You just have to continue it , maybe lifting weights will give you bigger results but on my case, I felt satisfied with my results 😊. Good luck!

Like 3 weeks dear, my butt becomes rounder and firmer, now I’m doing it for like almost 2 months now and I can truly see the changes whenever my friends take photos of me. 😊 It may not give you an immediate result but once you put your mind into it by doing it everyday, then you’ll see the changes for yourself 😊

Hey! I read comments here a month and a half ago that it works. So I gave myself a challenge that day to see if it really worked (now it’s about month). And omg! I have to say that I started seeing results after a week. I've been working out every other day according to this video and I have to say that my butt has gotten firmer and rounder. 🤩 And I went a month without weighing myself. If you combine it with your own body according to this video and weights, I think it will be great! So I recommend 10/10. 🙂

For example if u have abs that u attained when u were u young, kids age and workout in 20s but stopped your abs will still show for 1-2 years. And I feel like In other parts of body the muscles u gained will shrink a lot faster if u have stopped working out or sleeping right, even with moderate eating it can/ shrink slowly in months time maybe?😅

No doubt those exercises are great to MOVE and be active BUT IT WONT GROW YOUR BOOTY. If you see any change it’s just cuz you’ve lost a bit of fat cuz you’re ACTIVE! (And that’s only if you’re completely inactive and just wanna start moving) To grow real booty, you need to train 2-3 times a week, lift gradually and weight over your own weight (so 50kg +) eat enough protein (1.2-2.2 gram per kg of your body weight), and rest like 2 days between each training. And even like this to get those results announced it can takes up to 6-8months for beginners. So yes bubble booty IS DEDICATION. It’s not 16 mins of body weight exercise that will make it grow. But a program, with heavy weights and macro counting. And don’t say it’s different for everyone, muscle grows bc of effort on muscle and protein intake. And your butt works everyday when you stand up and sit down It’s not 2kg weight and band that’ll make them grow. They’re STRONG muscles

These exercises look amazing and I like that weights aren't needed. I also really appreciate the nice music and the time countdown...so helpful. But I don't like that she has those butt inserts in her pants. Very deceptive and not necessary because this is a great workout. Thank you!

To look like the result picture 📸, it will take you 1+ year, WITH Weights and resistance, and of course CONSISTENCY 😉. don't be fooled and discouraged by week 4 of these workouts. Just keep pushing Day by day, week by week. Time goes by fast! Before you know it, you'll be looking much better, than you did at the start, and that'll be worth it 💪🏻

it's usually recommended to do leg day like 3 times a week so you can give your muscles rest days

The last workout I ever tried was by Chole Ting. To say the least, her workouts just never was it for me. But THIS!? Holy fucking shit, I felt it all in my ass cheeks. Just the way I like it😩 I’ve been trying to find workouts where my ass will so sore to the point I can’t even sit to take a dump, and THIS IS IT! I felt the burn and intensity right away, dead ass. I used to work out everyday for three hours, but then Biology was kicking my ass. So for one semester I stopped. I lost all my ass😭✋🏻so, with this workout, I have high hopes for my booty to look better this 2024.

I honestly have been working out to build some glute, and let me tell you, even though I haven't been consistent, I have notice something. At least my glutes feel tight. There's soooooo many workouts and opinions on how to grow your glutes that it can be confusing. I don't think doing this by itself will grow my glutes specifically. (Talking about me only) I did it and I like it. I will probably add this to my workout, but its usually a combination of good eating, active workouts, good resting, etc... to get these results. I'm not discouraging anyone from doing this workout. I'm just saying it I don't think it will help me much.

Hi Ivana!❤ I have a question for you. How heavy weights do you train your booty, with how heavy weights have you reached this amazing result? I can't workout with heavy weights because of a health problem, so I don't go to the gym, but rather train at home with 10-15 kg. And I don't know what can I reach with this, so I'm curious about your experience. Thank you for your answer!❤ PS I love your videos!
