I think I am overweight for my age and gender , I'm 11 and I'm a girl and I weighed 55 kg and I think I have gained some more. I've tried doing exercise but it doesn't work and I hope this works I will start from tomorrow

Rasmila Shrestha i am not a trainer but i do workout i may suggest that have ur breckfast before 1hr to u workout and when dis is happening have warm water it wud definately work...try it

Try to breathe properly while doing any exercise......the headache is possibly due to improper breathing while doing the asanas.....do not hold your breath while being in a position....we don't realise it....but we forget (for few seconds).....so breath .....

breathing is equally important in yogasanas. when to expire n when to inspire is nowhere told in the video. also no information about timing the posture should be maintained. this is quack video.
