I absolutely love how Judy put it “Don’t wish your life away”. I’m going to try to live by it.

1 Nutrition Eat healthy, whole, non-processed foods non glutin, non sugar, 2 Anxiety How to calm run-away thoughts 3 Money Easy ways to be aware of what you have, how you are spending, what you need 4 Body Language Secrets - Intimidation - Looking confident - Knowing when someone is lying to you 5 Morning routine to live longer and be happier The morning routine is much more doable for a retired person Although if you get up really early, that would work 1 get up early 2 turn on sauna 3 drink water with orange power packet 4 have a latte 5 go back to bed and go through email 6 play a hand of bridge 7 get into sauna 8 say mantra Sa Ta Ma Na while in sauna 9 drink kombucha, apple cider vinegar, fresh squeezed orange 10 go for a 5km walk Great advice from 86yo Judy Robbins - no need to be lonely - take care of someone who needs care and they will love you - hospice volunteer - don't wish for tomorrow, live in today be grateful for today

Mel!! I will complete my hospice volunteer training on May, 21st, and will be working with patients soon after. While I have always had a heart of service, when Judy talked about her experience in hospice, I KNEW it was for me to learn and lean into. Thank you!!

Ms Mel i am proud of you for continuing to be a good provider despite some of the ungrateful insecure people who push their negativity in attempts to intrude to your good vibes. Sometimes no need to look for a heart when youre a walking version of one. I appreciate you!

Incredible, and hospice volunteering, I have done that before my husband died, as a aspect of my job. And I don’t fear death. I am incredibly grateful for life, sometimes the empty spaces where my husband used to work or sit cause me a moment of grief, but I am human. And grief has its place. But while we are alive and connected to our community and still can function within our fellowship of friends, I will always be grateful. Thank you so much for this video.

My dad rode bicycle until he couldn't. He has neuropathy in his feet. He rode bike until he was 86 yo. The only reason he stopped his because he could not feel his feet. He has been in a retirement home with help for 4 years. The whole time he has been there he as used his walker for everything. The last 3 months he is using a wheel chair because he is having trouble moving his legs. Still uses the walker with help from a nurse to use the bathroom. He is 89 and keeps doing the things that he can do. Your mother in-law reminds me of my dad. Keep doing until you physically cannot.
