I met my husband taking my child to school one morning! I wasn't looking for anybody. I had no idea his teacher was watching me. He started calling me telling how well my child was doing in his class. One day he brought my child home & asked me out to dinner. He was very nice looking & intelligent. I told him no. He appeared to me to be a man who wasn't used to women saying no. Eventually after about a month I decided to go to a movie with him only because I didn't want to go to the movie alone. It took me a while to truly understand & appreciate him. Now I have his name & ring!!!

haha hahaah I met my husband in a Rite Aid wearing a pink sweatsuit, hair in a ponytail, and no makeup but a clean refreshed face. I also had bright white sneakers and a scent of lavender on me. It was a warm spring afternoon and I felt relaxed and carried a happy smile. He saw me from a distance and he says "I got the nerve to come over to you after following you a few aisles and when I did, you gave me a smile and I was hitched right there on the spot thinking I'm going to make this woman my wife". Celie we married now (giggles).

To all the sisters what Fumi says is so true. I have male friends that I’ve have know over 30 years and they where super good looking and girls where all falling for them. On day when I was in my 20 I ask them…why guys don’t hit on me… And they both told me at that time: What we are going to tell you is not a bad thing. You are our girl friend and in man life there is 2 types of girls… one type you have fun and sleep with and the other type is the serious type that we want to do our life with!!! And you Chan you are the second type…. I still remember till this day after 23 years. Guys and man they feel us… The day I met my husband it’s was a day after my work day in hospital. I went out in a restaurant and I had barely make-up on…lip gloss and mascara. I had a t-shirt and a pair of jeans. And he told me I was shining. I told him of all the girls in the restaurant they were better put together. He told me, I see you. Till this day after 15 years together he prefer me with no or really little make up😂😊 So sisters out there listen to aunt Fumi

People, you never know what or when to please them. I have list of likes and dislikes toward men. I dressed like a lady, presented myself as proper, I was considered a prude, pretentious, middle class fake. I'm level headed, I'm boring. I made up my mind. I am going to be myself. You are giving good advice, but men are hypocrites, they play a lot of games. They are selfish and competitive and all they want to know is how much money you have.

A pearl earing and all black pants outfit with leather sandals. My hair in a low bun, shades on top the head. I met a guy about 2 years younger than me and I am almost 63 on the flight and when I took off my mask in the airport he said I like the package. Age, size, no makeup did not really matter. Nails were short clean and natural polished at the fingers and the toes were done in white. I felt lovely with that comment.

Very sensible and needed advise. I'm over 60 and learned these things from within my family, my mother, my brothers, father. I grew up in a working class neighborhood and none of the men Black or Hispanic would seriously date an overmade, smoking, scantily clad and foul-mouthed female. (there were very few of that type to begin with) On the other hand we the females also had standards for the males we were looking to marry. There seems to be no standards today on either side the working class or the rich. Hmmph look at all the "housewives" shows. Money does not buy good breeding or class, or produce functioning children. Everything is about indulging in a "good drama-filled time" nowadays. That's fine but hold off on bringing kids into the world cause they need stability and mature parents that are willing to put in the love, time, and patience to raise a good citizen, not hand them over to the streets. I know many will say this is "old-fashioned" stuff. It's common sense - if we want a stable society, cause it doesn't seem to be working real good in the past few decades for men, women or children.

Wonderful advice, Fumi I was out with friends and I saw a young lady that was so drunk she couldn’t walk out of the place. Her friends kept trying to get her up and she was literally falling down drunk I was embarrassed for her, her stockings were ripped I’m in the US Midwest so we still wear those here in the Winter and I remember when I used to smoke I had several guys say to me that they really liked me but they couldn’t stand that I smoked. Fast forward 20 years and I’ve quit smoking it was a real accomplishment for me.

What of weed?
@MrSincerity882 жыл бұрын
@@gloriaagatha3237 personally am not a fan of weed either but if you do it at home, sure. I think weed can be consumed in different ways but still am not a fan

Ever kiss someone with smoker's breath? My body shuts down and doesn't respond. Bad odors especially bad breath is a big turnoff

You are so right on these. A great man doesn't appreciate these . They will associate with but won't settle with these characteristics. You speak truth.

Aunty Fumi, i sent your video to my male best friend. The first video you did as well, and he can confirm that everything you said is true. But he could relate you every single thing you pointed out in your video

This is pure gold Aunt Fumi. As a new subscriber, I'm so delighted to binge-watching your videos. I think especially young women who are really looking for a serious relationship, should ask themselves "would he bring me home to meet his mother looking like this" in relation to explicit dressing.

I agree I cannot stand the smoking. I am married but I just saw a well dressed young man the other day while I was on a walk. I was going to compliment his suit as I passed him but he pulled out a pack of cigarettes, used his mouth to pull one out as he was also on the phone. That cigarette was bouncing back and forth while he was talking and looking for his lighter. I just kept walking I was so disgusted. I will save my compliment for another day.

I agree with you. I was in a long term relationship with a man who smoked. I HATED IT!!! Dirty ashtrays, unsightly cigarette butts, stale air in the house, smoke smell in his hair and clothes and a film all over the house! If I ever date again believe me smoking is non negotiable and a deal breaker….PERIOD!

Likewise @ R Oki , I was in a relationship with this man who I knew he smokes cigarettes but that wasn’t a problem for me, my only problem was he always smoke indoors. One day, he started smoking and then I realised the scent was a big heavy and unusual so I asked him was it was and he told me it was weed.Since then I never stepped in his house again and also stopped talking to him.
