story 2: i can confirm this is a huge thing in Egypt and where i live. police call it a “capturing gays operation” they basically sneak into queer people safe spaces. example, discords, tinder or other media platforms. and they try to get them to meet irl where they would then arrest them and try to force a confession and make them admit to being gay. where i live, sadly many queer ppl especially trans ppl (mostly minors) have gotten beaten or raped by police and other prisoners. it happened to my cousin but thankfully they couldn’t find enough evidence on her to prove she’s gay. it almost happened to me on tinder too but we’ve gotten good at distinguishing undercover cops from real queer ppl online.

As bad as I feel for the guy in the #2 story he was being extremely stupid with all the decisions he was making. What happened to him was absolutely horrible but it also should be a reminder to everyone that not every country is as accepting as we’re used to, you should always be more careful mostly when you’re far from home and always do a bit of research before going ,to know what to expect.

The couple in the cottage sure were dumb. A dude faking being a worker ask you to leave then threatens you to leave after saying your going to talk to host. Then the host tells you yea they ain't suppose to be there and offers you a full refund if want. So you choose to never actually call the cops and go "eh let's just chill still worry free and don't keep our phones near us" like what! Not saying they deserved it or anything like that but still they were clearly being ignorant of the while situation.

a lot of the information in story 4 is incorrect. james was not the anonymous tipster and most people who were close to him know that. the cops were in contact with james when they were surrounding the house, he agreed to come out and then panicked and shot himself. they waited HOURS to finally enter the house, they knew he was dead.

If you ever look in the ancient times of these continents, they were fine with being gay or trans until they were colonized. These Valentine's Day stories sure were scary! I fell asleep during part of it, but replayed the rest. I can't believe a couple would want to hurt people. I wonder why.🤔 The father should've went with his son. It sounded like the boy was knocked out when visiting Egypt in the second story. Going on dating apps can get you cat fished. It's best not to go on any. Why would the men do that to her?! The first story sounds a little similar to the ones I listened to in previous videos. I knew something wasn't right when a guy showed up at the couples' door. Good thing the couple tried calling to make sure. Thank you for all these stories and Happy Valentine's Day♥!
