Sunlight in the morning is not efficient for Vitamin D. The sunlight at midnoon between 11pm -2pm is better as they have higher UVB rays making vitamin D synthesis more faster and efficient.

@@jafrinajabin8049 no it’s a lie . How do you think English England conquered India? Staying indoors? The sun is not an evil creation. God didn’t design it to kill humans off with cancer. Do you know how many people work out in the sun all day everyday? Why do you believe nonsense The video recommends getting out in the sun outdoors every day…. For good health at least 20 minutes

What time best for sun bath..plz reply?morning or evening plz mesj
@theyogainstituteofficial
@theyogainstituteofficial Жыл бұрын
The best time to take sunlight is generally considered to be in the early morning or late afternoon, when the sun is not at its peak intensity. This is because the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) rays are most intense from 10am to 4pm, which can increase the risk of skin damage and skin cancer. As for how much sunlight you should take, the amount of sunlight you need depends on various factors such as the time of day, your skin type, and where you live. Generally, it is recommended to get 15-20 minutes of sun exposure on your face, arms, and hands, two to three times a week, without wearing sunscreen. This should be sufficient to produce the recommended daily amount of vitamin D, which is important for bone health.
