Its seems its been covered but slipping their shorts down and entering full depth first stroke dry tends to straighten them out for you to apply a rear naked although you have a very short window to reach full release before the ref processes the screaming and bucking as tapping. If its in competition you simply look the ref in the eye and say in your most sincere voice "I didn't know I could not do that". For extra intimidation points tap the dude on the mat on the shoulder while climbing off and say "you are gonna wanna get a blood test". The counter to that remark is "can't catch it twice".

Awesome video, thank you. Can we get a part 2 on defending from here? Or defending strikes on the ground in general?

Throughout my school life I was bullied. They mocked me because of my dark skin. And they use to beat me up. No one helped me. I made friends with some of my classmates thinking that they will help me. But when the bullies came they left me and joined the bullies to beat me up with them. Then I started learning karate. And I worked day and night to train myself. And then all my bullies avoided any conflict with me. Now I'm a black belt in karate and I know how it feels to be weak. But the truth is we are not weak its just a state to mind. So I thought of teaching everyone martial arts and rise above bullies. And started a KZbin channel last week. Always remember YOU ARE NOT WEAK. YOU ARE MORE THAN WHAT YOU THINK YOURSELF TO BE. NEVER EVER GIVE UP.

@aimee frost that's literally the first thing they tell you before they go on to show some legit counters. "The best trick to escaping a (insert sub) is to not get caught in it".

So applying this to a fight on the street per say, when throwing elbows and knees would it be a good idea to lay into them and with your off hand (control arm) get ankle control so they cant stand up? Or even wrist control? Or would it be better to wrap it around their waist?

Hi Shane, hope all is well. Could you please consider talking about age limits to become a professional fighter? I´m 26 and thinking of going pro in boxing, only 4 amateur fights, have enough skill to turn heads at the gym and this is the only place where I´ve ever felt I shine, however I´d be jeopardizing a career in finance that pays well but doesn´t make me feel that fire, looking for professional advice to distinguish perseverance vs dellusion. Thx in advance

Just want to make sure, The turtle position is almost never a good idea in a self-defense situation, correct? Taking into account you're already on the ground. Always belly up?

6 be alexander karelin pick him up and smack him to the ground. Serieus this is a dream for karelin opponent doesnt resist to lay flat on the ground instead his back is hollow so easy to grip.
